The HOME
Single-story family friendly home with keyless entry and driveway parking with one designated spot plus free street parking available in front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking basics and coffee essentials.
All 4 mattresses are premium hypo-allergenic Memory Foam. Soaps are provided at no cost from Public Goods/Myers - Theyâre free of parabeans, sulfates, toxic chemicals, and unnecessary additives â pure and simple.

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible. Please note that a $100 fee applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.

We request that you refrain from hosting gatherings or events in our residence. Let's preserve the cleanliness and respect the charm of our lovely home :). No unauthorized guests allowed! Any parties or events not pre-approved will face a flat fee of $1000 in addition to your booking s and possible removal of your or your guests from the property.
ENTRY:
-A keypad is located on the front door. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay.
-Should you make a reservation within 24 hours of your intended check-in, please be aware that a 4 pm check-in may not be guaranteed due to our cleaning team's schedule and potential same-day turnovers. In such cases, the check-in time could be delayed until 6:30 pm. We recommend reaching out to us post-booking to confirm your specific check-in time.
-Our home is in a peaceful residential community. While you're here to relax and have fun, please remember many of our neighbors live here full time. We kindly ask that you help keep the vibes respectful and quiet, especially in the evenings after 9 PM.
-Enjoy the pool and hot tub, but swim at your own risk. Children under 14 must be supervised at all times â no exceptions. No diving, please.
-The pool and hot tub are exclusively yours to enjoy from 8 AM to 9 PM. Hot tub instructions are in the house manual. Pool heating is available (for additional cost) - just let us know if youâd like it added. Please notify us 24 hours before your stay to allow us to set the temperature properly. Pool heating requests must be for the entire stay or a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
-Our pool technician visits the property every Wednesday and Thursday to keep the pool in top condition. Trash service is also handled during this time to ensure everything stays clean and ready for you and future guests.
- MINUT NOISE AND CROWD SENSOR: Please be aware that our property is equipped with a Minut noise monitor to ensure noise levels don't disturb neighbors. It alerts us to excessive noise decibel levels but does not record audio or conversations. Its purpose is to maintain a peaceful environment.
- For Parking: Make sure to pull your car fully into the driveway. We just want to ensure your vehicle doesnât risk receiving a ticket, as there have been several issued recently for cars with bumpers extending onto the sidewalk.
-Security Camera:
For the safety and security of all guests, we have Ring cameras on the property. Cameras are positioned at the entry gates only â one at the front door and one at the back gate. They record video and audio when motion is detected.
All outdoor common areas (such as the patio, pool and yard) are private and not monitored. All indoor areas are also completely private with no cameras of any kind.
The cameras only cover the entry and exit points of the property.
