Sundance Den is a welcoming vacation rental in Hurricane, Utah, perfect for families or groups wanting both relaxation and easy access to Southern Utah’s outdoor adventures. Accommodating up to 12 guests, this spacious retreat offers three bedrooms—two with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies—for added comfort and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, while the cozy indoor fire table and games like shuffleboard, ping pong, basketball shoot-out, a Nintendo Switch, and card games keep the fun going indoors. Outside, you can soak in the private hot tub, fire up the BBQ, and gather in the comfortable seating area. With two designated driveway parking spaces, a Pack ’n Play for little ones, and thoughtful amenities throughout, Sundance Den is the perfect home base for your Utah getaway.

For larger groups or families, you can also reserve the unit next door—Sundance Edge—for even more space and double the fun.

Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley—an up-and-coming, resort-style community designed for adventure and relaxation. Now open, Pecan Valley Resort features brand-new water amenities, including a wave pool, lazy river, waterslides, and pool, all designed to deliver fun for guests of all ages.

We’re thrilled to share that our vacation rental guests have been graciously granted access to these amenities—with up to 12 complimentary wristbands per day, available at the front desk (waiver required). Additional wristbands can be purchased at a 15% discount, exclusively for vacation rental guests. This optional activity is the perfect way to cool off and make memories during your stay—whether you plan ahead or decide to drop in and soak up the fun!

Current hours for the resort amenities provided by the HOA are Wednesday through Monday from 11 AM – 7 PM; amenities are closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. Please note: After-hours events require separate tickets and are not included with your rental amenity passes.

During March and April, guests will have access to the hot tubs, infinity pools, Double Surf Rider, and the surf machine (staffed daily from 12 PM–4 PM). Sports simulators will be available at a special rate of $20 per hour throughout March. The main pool and kids’ splash/play area will remain closed due to ongoing construction and will not reopen until May 1.

We want to advise you that during this time, the Pecan Valley Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers. Thanks in advance for your consideration!
