Cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances en famille! En plus de toutes les attractions à proximité (Zions National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, St. George), cette maison donne à votre groupe beaucoup à faire avec sa piscine privée, son terrain de pickleball, son terrain de football et son intérieur incroyable. La piscine est chauffée pendant les mois les plus froids pour nos clients.

L'intérieur de la maison offre une immense cuisine et un salon avec de nombreux sièges et de l'espace pour les grandes familles.

Le maître a une salle de bains comparable seulement à un penthouse haut de gamme de New York avec un lit king size et une literie améliorée! Chambre avant avec un autre lit king et un bureau personnel. Ensuite, les chambres avec lits superposés pour deux enfants partagent une salle de bains Jack & Jill. Chambre des enfants n ° 1 = 2 lits superposés de taille normale (4 lits / dort jusqu'à 8). Chambre d'enfant n ° 2 = 1 couchette pleine taille (2 lits / dort jusqu'à 4). Dormir facilement 12+ dans les 4 chambres.

L'extérieur de la maison est l'endroit où cette location se démarque vraiment avec sa grande piscine chauffée (ouverte de février à novembre si le temps le permet), avec une partie peu profonde pour les petits enfants, un terrain de pickleball de taille réglementaire, un terrain clôturé pour l'activité que vous désirez et un pool house à garder au frais tout en étant impliqué avec d'autres à l'extérieur.

Vous vous ennuyez toujours dans notre mini complexe sportif? Pas de problème, vous êtes à environ 5 minutes du golf à Sand Hollow Resort, Sky Mountain et Coral Canyon.

Le golf n'est pas votre truc? Le réservoir de Quail Creek et le réservoir de Sand Hollow sont extrêmement proches et permettent la navigation de plaisance, le kayak, les grillades sur la plage, etc. Tout autour de vous sont des sentiers pour off-roading et Sand Hollow a même des dunes de sable à conduire autour.

St. George, le parc national Zions et Tuacahn sont à 30 ou 40 minutes.

Notre maison est idéale pour les familles typiques. Nous n'autorisons aucune fête et il est interdit de fumer. Si vous souhaitez louer notre maison pour votre enterrement de vie de jeune garçon / jeune fille, votre remise des diplômes, votre mariage, etc., notre maison n’est pas pour vous.

We stayed here for our visit to Zion and it was perfect for our group. Being able to relax in the pool and hot tub after a day of hiking was great, and the spacious kitchen, dining, and living room area was fantastic for us to all hang out together.

Our girls trip was awesome staying here! We loved the pool and the space. Comfy couches too relax and visit. Good tv area for movies. Kitchen is great. Master suite is awesome. Plenty of space inside and outside to relax, be active, and make memories. Definitely will consider for future visits.

Amazing Home!

The place was great and had all the entertainment for a family that you could want. The backyard was amazing and the pool was very refreshing despite it being 100 degrees while we were there. Only a 6min drive to Sand Hallow as well. I highly recommend if you’re heading to the area with family

The house was great! We used all of the amenities and had the pool heated so we used it a ton too! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We had plenary of room to spread out and also plenty of room to gather in the living room/kitchen area. Having laundry was great! The host was very responsive. The house isn’t super fancy but it was clean and we had a great time! Highly recommend!

Fun amenities in convenient location

The heated pool and pickle ball court made for a great Spring Break stay for our adult kids. Pool towels and a well stocked kitchen and pantry were nice rental perks. Quick access to gorgeous golf courses and Zion NP made the location swell.

Nice vacation home

Wonderful house with a great backyard to have fun in. Pool was fantastic, pickleball court was a blast, trampoline plus great evening sunsets. Owner reply to questions very quick. A pleasure to stay there.

Beautiful property! Loved our stay.

This is a great property for families. We had two families staying together and there was plenty of room. The outside space is wonderful. The kids spent hours in the pool and on the pickle ball court. We recommend this home for families.

The Great Escape

House was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable and great for our family. We enjoyed all of the outside amenities, pool, spa, pickle ball, trampoline, etc. The neighborhood was very nice and quaint. The owner was easy and quick to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this location, especially if you have down time and want some extra outside fun!

Family Fun for Days

The backyard is the real selling point. Spring break in St. George is a zoo, but we had our own private oasis away from the crowds. We loved the pickleball courts and private pool. The hot tub could use an upgrade but other than that, the property is in great shape and can accommodate a crowd. We will for sure be booking again.

Amazing property!

This is a great home if you have a large crowd. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and the setting was perfect. We had plenty of space of six adults and six children. Quiet neighborhood; close to outdoor activities and shopping. The property manager was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would stay here again.

Great property with lots of outdoor options on site. Pool was great, pickleball was fun to have. Neighbors are a little close (dog barked a lot) but overall really nice.

Hi Kevin, thank you for taking the time to post a review. We really appreciate it! We are in a residential area so fortunately, the lot sizes are a lot bigger (and we are in 2 lots!) than that of a development zone only for nightly rentals. That’s also nice because our HOA requires everybody to have cinderblocks and says which allows even more privacy. I’m sorry about the dog barking… We were just down there and did not have the same issues so I wonder if maybe a neighbor was babysitting for a friend?

A true vacation mecca!

We felt like we didn't want to leave the home because there was so much to do. Pickle ball in the backyard, a hot tub, a roomy pool, and so much more. We didn't spend much time inside because the yard was so fun, but the inside was perfect for entertaining as well. Very roomy and modern, and the master bath shower was amazing!

Born & raised in Utah we have come to truly enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer when it comes to creating memories for our family. Having twin toddlers we did not want to stress about hauling all the gear to a busy public pool or 'working' activities around nap schedules. This Hurricane home has allowed the entire family to relax & play with all the entertainment right in the backyard!

Located just minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir you can enjoy the boating, UTV trails, and golf courses.

Zions National Park is only 20-30 minutes away. There are many hikes and outdoor activities for all to enjoy.

Downtown St. George is a short drive for shopping, activities, and many dining options.

Or, if you just want to relax and stay home, there is plenty to do with the private backyard pool, hot tub, pickleball court, and soccer field. The home also has 2 large TV's with satellite, AppleTV, and Blu-ray player.

The home has an oversized island that can seat 8 plus a large custom built kitchen table with 8 additional chairs. The kitchen has a large gourmet fridge.
