Découvrez cette belle 2BR / 2BA nouvellement décorée à River Crossing. Cette unité de premier étage a de nouveaux revêtements de sol en vinyle dans le salon et salle à manger et de nouvelles moquettes dans les deux chambres. Il a été fraîchement peint tout au long et a de nouveaux comptoirs dans la cuisine. Cette propriété a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances à la plage et au golf. Détendez-vous sur le porche et profiter de la vue.
Le mobilier a été rembourré et est très élégant. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et parfaite pour cuisiner vos repas si vous le souhaitez. Si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, il y a tellement de restaurants à choisir dans la région.
Il y a 4 terrains de golf de championnat à Barefoot à essayer ou vous pouvez vous aventurer à l'un des nombreux cours dans la région. Faites-nous savoir si vous avez besoin d'aide pour les heures de départ.

Absolutely amazing property and friendly staff!

The check in and out process was very easy and everyone was friendly. We were able to extends our stay by one day and everyone was incredibly accommodating to help make that happen!

GREAT NMB PROPERTY

The unit was exactly as advertised and is brand spanking new. It has all the amenities you need - you don't need to bring anything extra except food and drink. River Crossing is a terrific community. Quiet. Neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful. Golf is very close. Community pool is about 2 blocks away. Beach is a few miles away. Just go and have fun!!

The condo is in a great location, very quiet. It is convenient to the grocery store, restaurants, and most importantly only a 6 minute drive to the beach. The condo is in a relaxing setting by the fountain in the pond. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the turtles in the pond. The condo was in great condition. We’ll set up with everything we needed for our stay. My only issue with cleanliness was the dust bunnies under the bed in the main bedroom. I could see them when I sat on the sofa. Our only other problem was when we arrived our door code didn’t work, but this was quickly resolved with a phone call. My husband, son, and myself left relaxed, refreshed, and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property.

Property is beautiful in n a gated community. Immaculate landscape. But once you go inside things are not as advertised. Description was new carpet in bedrooms, the carpet was dirty. New flooring in other rooms one were nice. The walls were dirty even though was advertised as being new paint in December. The counters and tabletop hadn’t been cleaned, I had to clean kitchen before unpacking our kitchen items. The coffee pot had to be soaked and cleaned before using. I have pictures before I cleaned. I talked to property manager and was told short staffed, I understand short staffed, but please there were golf tees in bedroom floor. She said she could give us 20% off our next stay. We paid cleaning fees with rental price so, so we won’t be staying there again.

An exterminator came to the door and wanted to spray , we said no, not now, she then threatened us with a fine if we didn’t let her in, we sent her away.

Nice Little Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice little condo that served its purpose during our trip. The kitchen was adequate and had all the things that we needed. The area was relatively quiet but we could hear stomping from the condo above. The little porch was a nice place to relax and have morning coffee. The king bed is 2 twin beds pushed together. The beds were hard for our liking and pillows flat. There was mildew along the window sill in the master bedroom and an overall musty smell when you first enter the condo that should be addressed. Other than that, the place was clean. Location is close to Barefoot Landing.

When we informed the company they snickered and then ended the call. No offer to resolve it. They simply took our money and did not offer a refund of any kind. Very disappointed.

Family vacation

Check in process was easy Picked up keys from lock box. Convenient location to Barefoot and beaches. Unit was clean and TV’s in both BR’s. Interior lower unit so it was a little dark but sliding door in the back. Would rent again

Myrtle Beach Chemo Getaway.

Would give this 5 stars but prior to my arrtival the landscappers had blowen mulch and waterfowl poop onto the patio. We cleaned the screens and scrubbed the floor byhand ourselves. Too late to complain and everyone is entitled to a gimme. Everything as displayed and promised.We would stay again and will refer folks!

Unclean and No Follow Up or Follow Through

The property was left unclean. I contacted the property owner and they advised they would send someone out to clean the unit. No one ever showed up. The floors are stained, the walls are filthy, the windows haven't been cleaned, and there is mold growing around the windows. I would have been more forgiving if the property managers would have shown up to clean it or at least have the decency to call back and say they are not coming.

Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway

Conveniently located, minutes from Barefoot Landing shops and restaurants. The property itself immaculate and bonus having access to a pool on the property. Definitely would recommend!

Nice Property & Location

My family enjoyed the 2 bdrm, 2 bth condo. Just enough room for Mom, Dad & our two little girls. Located on 1st floor which was very convenient. The decor & hardwoods were exactly as pictured. We had a beautiful view of a fountain pond from our patio. The only con was the carpet in the bedrooms were not steamed cleaned prior to arrival and it showed. But management did acknowledge & were upfront regarding this & we appreciated the upfront communication. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!
