Two bedroom, two bath condo in the Cypress Bend community of Barefoot Golf Resort. Experience the ultimate in resort style living without the high priced resort fees. This unit can accommodate 6 with 1 king, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa.

Located at 5750 Oyster Catcher Drive, this spacious two bedroom, two bath condo at Cypress Bend is well maintained and nicely decorated. It also features a private porch, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi & free parking. Unit is on the 2nd floor (no elevator).

Cypress Bend has it's own private community swimming pool. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. If you choose to drive your own vehicle, the beach is only 2.7 miles away. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.

Barefoot Resort has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse.

Great stay!

We enjoyed the grills and pool that were super close to the condo. It was quite annoying that we weren't able to get into the pickle ball court and we received a parking ticket for putting our bikes under the stairwell out of the way. But, the condo was great!

Great place!

We loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and peaceful. The condo was great, came with everything we needed. Could have used a few cleaning upgrades (new rugs in kitchen) Bathrooms needed a cleaning. Overall, it was very clean, loved the decor, extremely happy here! We loved it here! We will definitely be back, great job!! Awesome vacation 😊

We liked very much our star but we suggest you some modifications: -toaster, stove, frying pan, more ustentils for cooking, and shower curtain can be change., and pillow were very soft. For thé amont paid you can make certainly all these small améliorations. Thank you

AAU Tournament/Vacation

Everything looked exactly like the photos. The unit was a little dirty such as the kitchen and living room floors. We also saw two small roaches in both bathrooms near the sink area. And one happened to have traveled back to VA with us but thankfully was dead unpon arrival in my husband’s duffle bag. Other than those things the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed how everything was so convenient to us traveling day to day for tournaments. Would stay again minus the uninvited friends(roaches).

Fantastic place to stay!

This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and we are so happy we stayed at this condo! North Beach Realty was so nice and easy to work with - very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! We really enjoyed the complimentary ticket for various activities through their partner Xplorie! The condo itself was absolutely wonderful. It’s located in the first building as soon as you enter into the plan. It’s on the second floor and the steps weren’t that bad at all to carry our luggage up and down. Every room in the condo was spacious - the kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom and bathrooms! The screened in porch was awesome and it overlooked a nice big pond with turtles swimming around. We also loved taking the complimentary shuttle to and from the beach. The location of the condo was great as well - super close to Barefoot Landing and other souvenir shops. We had an awesome time visiting Myrtle Beach and staying in this condo definitely added to our enjoyment!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean this time upon arrival. We did have roaches. They sent aomeone to spray and set out traps. There was some type of crime that happened one night with 2 EMS and three police cars. The police refused to tell us what was going on. We did not feel safe that night. The morning of our departure, a male housekeeper used a key and just came right in at 8:30am (checkout is 10). It scared the life out of my daughters. No knock, nothing. Just a strange man coming in and standing there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was nice and location was great, with exception of a few things. Need more towels, cleaning company did not do a good job cleaning, stove dirty, patio door not cleaned , carpet filty. Sink in hall bayh drains slow. Had problem with air and it was fixed right away. Remote in master bedroom for tv does not work. Also had problem with flying knats or flees not sure where they were coming from and how they were getting in but very annoying trying to kill them daily while eating, sleeping or watching TV.I bought traps to help with problem. I had an extended stay and could have used some flat baking dishes or cookie trays other than that kitchen was pretty stocked. Neighbor above unit up all night and walking with heavy feet and must work from home and kids running around above us was annoying.

It worked

We have stayed in Barefoot Resorts a handful of times and we always love it there. The first night we were there there was a glitch with the fire alarms, and they kept going off for a few minutes every couple of hours. It was so bad it was funny. But I will say the maintenance man was wonderful, and he had it all taken care of by 10 AM the next morning. The main downfall of this unit was the fact that there is a cockroach issue surrounding the entire building. THANK GOODNESS we had zero in the actual condo
 we would’ve 100% bolted and expected to be compensated. But it didn’t come to that. The unit was fresh and clean! But the cockroaches came out at night and there were times we literally ran from the car to the front door, while my teen girls were screaming lol. There was pest control almost every morning, vacuuming, and setting traps outside. There was a dead cockroach in the pool house for a few days. Just brought a lot of unnecessary unpleasantness. Having the pool so close to the unit was a plus though! And we loved drinking coffee on the porch every day, with our turtle friends. We will probably never stay in Cypress Bend again. I hope the issue gets fixed permanently for everyone’s sake, because this is a fresh, sweet, convenient little condo.

My only complaint is that there is a small water pond next to the building and it has a water fountain in the middle for circulation purposes and it is very loud. Its right outside the sliding door to the lanai and with the door open you can't hear the TV.

Perfection

This was indeed a picture perfect property. Simply amazing experience. Comfortable. Plush. The sounds of the water geyser while sitting on the screened patio was wonderful in the mornings and night. All businesses/restaurants are within 2 miles. We even went to the AMC theatre only a few miles down the street. The House of Blues is only one mile away. Thank you.

Great location with a pool

It had everything a guest could need in a kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Really enjoyed the screened in balcony. Could watch the ducks and turtles swimming while having my morning tea. So many restaurants close by. The shuttle to the beach was a big plus. Would stay there again.
