This spacious home is built for connection and comfort. With a combined total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The main house features 3 generously sized bedrooms and 3 elegant bathrooms, while a separate, private 2-bedroom casita with its own full bath offers the perfect retreat for extra guests or a separate family unit, ensuring privacy and convenience for all.

We have a 3-car garage and also offer driveway and street parking.
Please park all vehicles in the garage whenever possible.
Please use the provided garage door opener remote and be sure to return it to its designated spot upon checkout.

Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi with speeds of 500Mbps, perfect for video calls and streaming for your entire group.
Important House Rules & Policies
This is a peaceful home designed for a quiet and relaxing stay, not for parties or events. We ask that you be a good neighbor.
Quiet Hours:
We have strict quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM, 7 days a week.
Noise alarms, city code violations, or a police complaint will result in an immediate reservation cancellation without a refund and a $500 fine.
No Parties:
Parties, loud music on the patio, outside guests, or unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.
Trash Day:
Trash cans are located on the back wall of the guest house.
Trash day is Thursday, so if the cans are full, please place them on the curb in front of the house on Wednesday night.
You are also welcome to use the very large bin that is already on the curb.
Property Maintenance:
You may occasionally see maintenance staff on the property, such as a landscaper or pool technician.
Their visits are usually short (10-30 minutes), but may take longer to resolve an issue.
No Pets:
We love pets, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them at this time.
Pool & Home System Notes
Pool:
Please note that the pool is not heated.
There is no lifeguard on duty; swimming is at your own risk.
Children must be accompanied by a parent. Do not dive into the pool.
No BBQ:
There are No BBQ facilities available at the property.
HVAC System:
The intelligent heating and air conditioning system operates between 22°C and 25°C (72°F to 77°F) to prevent power outages and system damage, in line with the power company's guidelines.
Additional Fees & Checkout
Extra Cleaning Fee:
We strive to keep our home clean for all guests and hope you treat it as your own. If the house is left in a condition that requires excessive cleaning (e.g., permanent stains on furniture or towels), we reserve the right to charge an extra fee of $75 per hour after the initial 4 hours of standard cleaning time.
Visitors:
For the safety and security of all our guests, we strictly limit access to the property. This includes any outside vendors (such as private chefs or bar carts) and any unregistered external visitors. This policy is in place for liability and security reasons, and we appreciate your cooperation.
*Absolutely No Smoking
Please be aware that our property is a smoke-free and vape-free zone. This includes all indoor and outdoor areas, such as the patio and backyard.
Marijuana is also strictly forbidden on the premises due to the unpleasant odor. If you are a marijuana user, please do not book this property.
Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a $500 fine or additional cleaning fees.
* Security Cameras
For your safety and ours, we have security cameras installed in the following locations:
At the top of the garage driveway.
These cameras record continuously for security purposes.
We reserve the right to review the footage to verify information such as the number of guests or pets.
*Towels & Linens
Do not use towels or washcloths to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes.
Any permanent stains on towels or bedding will be considered careless damage.
A $20 fee will be charged per damaged towel.
A $100 fee will be charged per damaged piece of bedding.
