Beautifully completely remodeled Huge one-story home. Quiet and beautiful environment. Just 5 minutes away from the strip and downtown! Only 8 mins to Las Vegas convention center. Close to Costco business center with a gas station. This house is located in the middle of the city in the extremely quiet area on a huge 1 acre lot.

My family and I are from Florida, and we visit Las Vegas from time to time. We usually stay at one of the casinos, Mandalay, Bellagio but this trip we decided to try something different. Since we would have needed to book three to four separate hotel rooms for five days, the cost was adding up quickly.We found this place, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. It was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the private pool was fantastic, and the host was wonderful and accommodating.I can honestly say I don’t think I’ll ever stay in a hotel again after this experience. Book me here every time. Everything you could possibly need was included. The location was ideal—close to the airport and the Strip—yet the home remained peaceful and quiet, except for the music we enjoyed by the pool.We grilled outside, cooked meals in the kitchen, and spent quality time together as a family. It truly made our Las Vegas trip special. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with family or a larger group. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back.10 out of 10 stars!

Honestly, this home was wonderful. You can tell the owners really care of the property as it’s well maintained. The hot tub/pool was a wonderful way to wind down in the evening. Communication with the owner was always prompt. On the day of checkout, we woke at 7:45 am to see that the owner was already there and had started her cleaning process. She did stay outside and focused on the exterior clean, while we cleaned up outside but that was a bit of a surprise. Value wise, I don’t think this place can be beat and we would all definitely choose to stay here again.

We did not use the laundry stuff, the only thing i feel is the deposit asked for, for use of the jacuzzi to be heated should be included on the daily use of the home. Included in thr total price depending on how long the stay is.Otherwise everything else was great.

The house is spacious and very clean. Ray is very quick to respond to any question or concerns and his mother is very helpful. Perhaps I missed this in the listing, but it would be helpful to know that there is a fee if you are interested in using the hot tub and that there is a bit of effort required to make it work. But we really enjoyed our stay there - especially after we figured out how to turn off the noise machine that is set up in backyard to deter birds.Although the various noises made us laugh, it does come on at daybreak and can be heard in the home. So unless you are an early riser, turning it off at night is recommended.

The kitchen was great, everything we needed. The bedroom spaces were great. The hot tub took a long time to heat up, like 4 hours, so that made the cost was very high, making it not really worth it to use it. We only ended up using one day, but would have like to have used it more.

During your stay (arrival on December 26, 2025), the weather was unusually cold, close to freezing temperatures. In this condition, the hot tub naturally takes much longer to heat up — around 4 hours — and requires significantly more energy to maintain the temperature. Additionally, due to recent heavy rain, the pool and hot tub water levels were higher than normal, which also increased the heating time and cost. We’re sorry that this affected your experience and made it less worthwhile to use the hot tub as often as you would have liked. We sincerely appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it helps us better explain expectations to future guests during colder weather periods. Was extremely disappointed with this property. We booked this house mainly for the amenities, which were largely exaggerated on the listing. It is not noticeably listed that there is a fee to use the hot tub or what the fee is. AND you have to pay for the amount of gas used. Additionally there were stains on the bedsheets and was overall not a comfortable place to stay.

House was perfect for our long Fourth of July weekend in Vegas. Super spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool and backyard patio was really nice to hang out in the morning before hitting the strip, which was only 10 minutes away. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We only used the micro wave in the kitchen. We did not use the pool at all. I wish there was a TV in every room so people can watch tv while they are in bed. Over all, it was a nice place.
