I would suggest upgrading the TV to a smart TV. That way your guest can access their premium online viewing.

Hi Machell, We will definitely upgrade when the TV dies. However, all apps are available thru the Comcast remote. Pressing the Xfinity button on the remote brings you to the menu. All the apps are there. Thanks for staying with us!

Perfect location

Exactly what we were hoping for. Just a short walk to the private beach and just a short walk across the road to shops and restaurants which we really enjoyed. We love visiting Ft. Meyers and hope to stay again.

Perfect location for a small family looking to stay on the beach!

Condo was just as described with updates to flooring, countertops, and shower. Beach is a close walk from the condo. Unit is perfect size for a couple or couple with a child. The owner is very helpful and easily accessible for any questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend staying at this rental property!

A nice place to stay

We had a lot of fun and relaxation. Unfortunately, we were physically unable to go to the beach, but could see it from our balcony. The pool was warm. The people around us very friendly. Our condo was great for the two of us. Owner responded to our few questions quickly.

Very peaceful

We love staying at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Very peaceful. They were dredging the beach to make it bigger and to fix what Ian destroyed. We like the location. You need patience if you plan to drive to Ft Myers beach. Traffic is slow. We rode our bikes to Ft Myers Beach for a day. Publix is 2 miles we went early in the morning. Our unit was probably the best one we’ve stayed in. We already booked for next year.

Relaxed and comfortable

The condo match the description on the website. It was stocked with everything, the kitchen, beach towels, chairs even an umbrella along with plenty of linens and towels were provided. The property in on the white powdery sand beach with ample shelling opportunity, awesome sunsets and water activities near by. We enjoyed the coziness tremendously. Highly recommend this condo. Thank you for letting us be a short part of this secured complex.

Nicely renovated EBTC condo

We’ve been vacationing at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club for the last 10 years because the location is great for 2 adults in a one bedroom condo. Unit 608-A was very nice. It’s been recently renovated and has a fantastic sunset view. I’m rating at 4/5 stars because the bedroom furniture is quite dated and the glass table tops are a peculiar choice; it seemed like the renovation was well planned, but furniture (with the exception of the new couch) was a thrifty afterthought.

Mr. Liston, Due to the cost of the complete renovation, we were not able to replace all of the original furniture as of yet. Yes, the bedroom set is dated, but the mattress is new. The glass table was not a "thrifty choice", it is the table that came with the condo when we bought it a little over a year ago. We have done a lot of work and spent a great deal of money to update the condo and provide an enjoyable experience for our guests. Most of our guests appreciate what we have done.

Perfect spot...needs some attention

I want to first say, that we have stayed at this complex about 10 times, in all 3 buildings. As far as its spot on the beach...5 stars. Not a front condo with a full beach view, but a really nice partial view of the Gulf. I don't really like to say anything negative, but the condo definitely needs some attention, in particular the carpets need a good cleaning and the pots and pans are really bad in the kitchen. Having said that, the bed was comfortable and all of our needs were met. I might suggest a couple new beach chairs, but the umbrella was there, so that helped. Owner is responsive and nice to rent from. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Dear Andrea, Thank you for taking the time to review the property. We bought the property in December of 2017 and we couldn't agree with you more that there are some updates needed. We are going down to the condo the first week of May (2018) to address some of the issues. The rugs were cleaned in December of 2017. Since then the unit has been booked solid. Cleaning the rugs was already on my "to do" list, as well as replacing all the pots and pans, silverware, & glassware. I will also be replacing the oven and range hood as well. Amazing, beautiful, perfect!

This the third time we have stayed at EBTC and once again everything was amazing. Check in was easy peasy. David contacted me to make sure we got in ok and made me feel welcome to call if any mishaps arose. We had absolutely no issues at all. The condo was spotless, the view of the water was stunning. The condo has everything you need. We did buy our own beach chairs which was not a big deal, and gave them to some folks we met before leaving (we flew). We enjoyed every second of the beach and pool. The beach area has some clean up to do and was a little smaller than normal, but we just felt blessed to be able to enjoy it, and we know it's only going to get better with some coming beach restoration. We savored the beach time. We really appreciate all the hard work and dedication the owners put in to get this beautiful complex open again. This area is very special to us and so is EBTC. We can't wait to come back!
