Nice and roomy and great location!

I took my daughter and 4 of her friends for the weekend. Check in was easy and the room set up was perfect. Enough room for all the girls to move around. Nice kitchen/refrigerator for snacks I had brought. Condo also included a speaker that was easy to connect to Bluetooth so girls could listen to their music. Ranch 616 is across the street and was perfect for a casual dinner. We walked to lululemon and had lunch at the pink place, Taquero Mucho. (Be sure to stop by there on way to lululemon because time wait on a Saturday for 6 was two hours long). Came back to condo and girls enjoyed views and swimming in rooftop pool. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great property, probably will not return. Checked in and room was not ready so we had to remain in check in parking which thank goodness they allowed us to because we had nowhere else to leave our vehicles. Had we known it was a large fee per car per night for parking in a parking garage, we would have carpooled and not brought 3 (on top of already paying a ton of money for a one night stay) cars or parked elsewhere. When my sister arrived we were already gone and they would not allow her to stay in check in parking with us, they made her do over night parking which to us was silly because they had plenty of spaces and that’s where her guests were. When we got back to hotel that night we went to front desk to get our bags and they only had 1/2 of them. They took the other 1/2 and PUT IT IN SOMEONE ELSES ROOM! Oh my goodness we almost had a heart attack because someone’s work computer was in one of the bags. We waited in the lobby for close to 40 minutes while they ran around the hotel looking for our bags. When they finally located them, they said they would be down with them. When asked how long that will take, the response was “I am not sure let me call them back and see”. Overall, with what we paid, it was not a pleasant experience. I am pretty disappointed. I have stayed at nicer locations in ATX and paid less than 1/2 and was treated better, did not pay for valet and did not get my bags lost. The property itself was nice and clean but would trade for better service any time.

Everything was as described. Very nice condo, excellent location, convenient parking, great property. Perfect base for spending a wedding weekend with old friends.

Loved everything about it!!

This place is awesome!! We were only there for one night (sadly) for a graduation. Very nice and clean with great amenities. The roof top pool has a great view and many areas to lounge! My only regret is that I didn’t stay for more than one night!! The staff is very nice and they make you feel welcomed!! I will absolutely stay here again!!!!

Enjoyed our Stay!

Great location with a short walk to restaurants and the downtown area for sightseeing. Really liked the pool area and enjoyed the arcade games and shuffleboard in the lobby. Parking was a little expensive in the garage but one person in our group parked on the street nearby and paid hourly to save a little money. Overall we really enjoyed the property and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful and new luxury suite!

This is a beautiful brand-new timeshare. We had a two bedroom, two bath suite on the 16th floor with a view of the Capitol building. Everything was perfect except for the hard sell at check-in (took us over 10 minutes of saying ‘no’ to our ‘personal concierge before we were able to see our room) and the $30 per day parking fee. If anyone monitors this feedback, the plug in the large bathroom is not working.

Amazing and a great deal

We loved this place! The condo was gorgeous and the facility was top notch. It was a little hard to find the entrance and the parking garage was pricey but once you got past that it was excellent. The location was a short Uber from all the action and there is a restaurant close by if you want to walk. The view from the pool area was beautiful! It felt very secure and the staff was VERY nice and helpful. To top it off it was a great deal- way below what you could rent a traditional motel room for in the area! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Austin!
