This fully stocked 1BR/1BA condo features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and sleeps up to 4 guests.

Stay slope side at The Appalachian, just steps from Mountain Creek Resort, Bike Park, Waterpark (Open Daily through September 7!), & Red Tail Lodge for weddings and events. Whether you're planning a family getaway, couples retreat, ski weekend, or summer adventure, our condo is the perfect home base for exploring Vernon and the beautiful Appalachian Mountains.

✔ 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Condo – Sleeps up to 4 guests with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

✔ Resort Amenities Included – Enjoy complimentary access to The Appalachian's heated outdoor pool (open year-round), two hot tubs, barrel sauna, fitness center, and indoor/outdoor game areas. Amenities are open daily from 10 AM–10 PM and until 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. (Please bring your own pool towels.)

✔ Private Balcony with Mountain Views – Overlook Red Tail Lodge, the beginner ski slope, and spectacular Vernon Valley sunsets. (Please note: the condo is not poolside.)

✔ Fully Stocked Kitchenette – Includes a Keurig coffee maker, filtered drinking water, full-size refrigerator, induction cooktop, toaster oven, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and essentials for preparing meals. (Please note: there is no full-size oven.)

✔ Smart TVs with Roku Streaming – Log in to your favorite streaming services and enjoy movies, shows, and sports from the comfort of the condo. Please note: no cable or access to our streaming accounts.

Just a short drive away, explore the charming town of Warwick, NY, filled with boutique shops, cozy cafés, cideries, and orchards (hello, apple picking and cider donuts!). In the fall, the foliage is spectacular; in summer, the festivals come alive. Even family favorites like LegoLand are only 30 minutes away.

All this just one hour from NYC, but a world away in peace and beauty. Whether you're seeking adventure, a romantic getaway, or quality time with family, our neighborhood in Vernon is a hidden gem waiting to be explored.

Vernon is best explored by car, giving you the freedom to enjoy everything the area has to offer—from local farm stands and hiking trailheads to wineries and nearby towns like Warwick, NY.

Once you’re here, you’ll love how walkable some attractions are! Mountain Creek Resort is just steps from the building—no need to drive. Whether you're heading to the slopes, the waterpark, or dining nearby, everything is easily accessible on foot.

Need to venture a bit farther? Parking is free and easy throughout the area, and most spots are just a short scenic drive away. If you're looking for a little day trip, Warwick, NY is only 10 minutes north and full of charming shops, restaurants, and seasonal events.

While ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft are limited in this rural area, local taxis and car services are available with a little advance notice.

For a smooth, carefree visit, we recommend arriving by car and settling in for a stay full of adventure, beauty, and convenience!

Guest Access:
· Common spaces such as garage, lobby, pool area, gym, laundry room & ski locker room (winter). No guest access to the locked cleaner closet as well as cabinet over microwave in condo.

Other things to note:
· Our pricing adjusts daily based on demand. VRBO adds local/state taxes as well as service fees to the total rate.
· We’re located in The Appalachian building, but are a privately owned condo, not part of the hotel, things can be lively at times!
· Ski Lift/Rentals and Waterpark tickets are not included with your stay.
· For the latest on Mountain Creek activities and dining, please check with them directly- we aren’t responsible for their updates.
· We aren’t able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you need extra time, booking the night before/after is your best option.

· We always stick to our cancellation policy - We highly suggest purchasing trip insurance through Generali.

· Kindly review our House Rules and Checkout procedures before booking to ensure a smooth, surprise-free stay.

· You’ll receive a personal access code for the condo - just for your stay.
· Guests have access to entire condo except locked cleaner closet and cabinet over microwave.
· Please keep windows and balcony door closed when using heat or A/C to stay comfortable & keep bugs out.
· Don’t forget to bring pool/waterpark towels and Pack ’N Play sheets if needed.
· No lifeguard is on duty at the Appalachian pool area.
· The seasonal fireplace is turned off during the warmer months.
· A ski locker is available on site for winter guests.

· Building amenities like the elevator, WiFi, pool, hot tub, and sauna are not managed by us, so we can’t guarantee their availability.
· Rare disruptions - such as power outages, fire alarms, building noise, or poor weather - can happen and are beyond our control.

· No parties, pets, smoking, or outside vendors, please.

· Mail and package delivery are not available to the condo or building.

mportant Building Access Update: Construction is currently underway at the building’s front entrance. Guests can still access the building directly from the underground parking garage, so this will not affect your check-in.

If you would like to enter through the front of the building, access has been temporarily redirected to the Jack & Otto’s Bar entrance.

Beginning July 13, the rear entrance (which is also the main access point to the pool area) will be closed. Access will instead be through the entrance near the fitness center. For added convenience from our condo, you can also use the nearby stairwell to exit the building and walk around to the pool area without going through the rear entrance.

Please note that our condo is located on the opposite side of the building, so you should not be affected by construction noise.
