The Space:

Four spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, plus an additional full bath on the first floor, provide privacy and convenience for every guest.



Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy living area filled with natural light, perfect for gathering, lounging, or unwinding after a day in the sun. The home has been fully remodeled with elegant Italian finishes and features a brand-new, fully stocked kitchen ideal for home-cooked meals or entertaining. A pool table sits just off the kitchen, making it easy to enjoy friendly competition while staying connected to the heart of the home. A dedicated game room adds even more fun with foosball, air hockey, a 50-inch TV, and an arcade.



Step outside to a fenced backyard oasis with a private pool and outdoor seating, the perfect setting for sun-soaked afternoons or relaxed evenings under the stars. And when you’re ready for the ocean breeze, Hollywood Beach is just a five-minute walk away, placing you moments from the shoreline, local cafés, and vibrant boardwalk energy. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Hollywood, Florida is a vibrant coastal city known for its sandy beaches, palm-lined streets, and lively Broadwalk, a 2.5-mile promenade filled with oceanfront cafes, shops, and entertainment. Explore the ArtsPark at Young Circle for concerts and food trucks, admire colorful downtown murals, or unwind in nature at the Anne Kolb Nature Center. Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $150 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



There are exterior security cameras located in the front parking area and in the pool area.



Guests are not permitted to use the property's mailbox.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $50/night fee.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.







Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $1,000 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
