For stays of 7 nights or longer, at least one weekly cleaning is required, plus a checkout cleaning (USD 50 each).

Beach towels provided.
Backup generator and water tank for peace of mind.
Exterior security cameras are on the property (front door/garage, side gate, back gate, back/kitchen door). One camera is in the games room/bar area; this room can be locked if preferred.
The property manager and/or housekeeper may need occasional access to the yard or balcony for plant and fruit tree care.
