Spacious Family Retreat less than an hour from Toronto. Bring the whole family to this spacious 4-bedroom retreat with plenty of room to relax and play. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy media room, and a backyard oasis with a private pool and kidsâ playground. The homes prime location is the perfect spot for fun-filled days and cozy nights together!

4 spacious bedrooms (king primary bedroom , 2 queen bedrooms and single bunk beds)
2.5 bathrooms (4 piece family bath, en-suite spa like bathroom attached to primary bedroom and additional half bath on main floor)
Fully equipped kitchen (everything you could need for chef inspired meals or fast snacks)
Cozy TV room for family nights with noise reducing doors.
Private pool with waterfall & outdoor seating.
Backyard play area with slides and swing set for the kids.
Driveway parking for 2 cars as well as free street parking
Walking distance to many amazing amenities.
The main house will be yours to enjoy. The house is completely private from the basement apartment, so you can relax without interruptions.
There are long term tenants in the basement unit.
