Very spacious with everything we needed as a family. Convenient location right across the beach, on a more quiet and secluded part of Galveston. Great family friendly amenities too. A little caught off guard by the sales pitch to attend the timeshare presentation, but it was not a hard push, so we politely declined.

Travelling with another couple - we stayed 4 adults in a two bedroom - plenty of room! The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful, the games and amenities were a lot of fun and gave us something to do when we got back from our daytime outings. Would come back again!

Everything about the facility was as it should be. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a system that you can just text the front desk and ask for items and they send them directly to your door, which was awesome.

Overall for the price it was a great place to stay. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. It was clear they just wiped surfaces and not much else. The bathroom was not very clean and the floors were long overdue for a good mopping.

It was wonderful other than having to switch rooms at midnight due to no air conditioning. Went a full day with no air. I fill there should be so compensation on the cost of the room. Other than that it was perfect. Highly recommended.

The property was listed as "beachfront". It was not! After a call to VBRO, we were refunded a portion of our fee.The unit did not have an elevator and required steps to reach the room. Since I have bad knees, it was a challenge to reach the room. The staff was friendly.

We ordered one room with a king bed and were delighted to receive not one but two connected rooms (with corresponding bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens). So we must have had at least 1800 square feet to reside in during our stay. On top of that we had a gorgeous view out the back from one of the bedrooms. Will definitely go back again to experience this wonderful stay.

Points faibles : Arrivée, emplacement
The room was nice. Had a tiny view of the ocean if you leaned on the banner. The game room closed at 7 pm even on a Saturday which we thought was a tad early. The check in process was ridiculous, you could not get your room key without having them try sell you all these gift cards which you couldn't get without going to sit through some spill. Last thing we wanted to deal with after a 6 hour drive. Over 24 hours after departure we are still waiting on our refund of the deposit we paid and we left the room clean.

This was great. The only thing that was a suprise, was staying on the 4th floor with no elevator. I was traveling with my 70 year old dad and it was a bit hard for him. If it was communicated, I missed it.Did not have a good customer service experience with Holiday Inn. But the owner themselves was great. If the staff had better customer service for the few issues we encountered, it would have been a five start review.

This location and vicinity is excellent. Only flaw was the weather, which had nothing to do with the actual place. Will definitely recommend this to anybody and would definitely come back.
