Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. King bed, over sized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, propane fireplace, hiking on 47 acres across the street, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River.

No WIFI, but we do have DISH television.

We are pet and family friendly!!!

Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.

The cabin is nestled in the Winona Valley on the side of the mountain. Cabin is a 1 bedroom, full size kitchen, standard bathroom/shower, king size bed, 1 pull out sofa bed, giant jacuzzi tub, and a large spacious living room.

The outdoor porch is large and perfect to enjoy the beautiful nature and wildlife. Love the rain, it is even more perfect to sit and enjoy the rain on the tin roof. We have 47 acres across the street you are welcome to hike and explore. Cedar Creek Cabins is the place to be!

(Our driveway is gravel with an incline, on the side of the mountain. Please keep that in mind when considering what type of vehicle you are bringing. Also note, we cannot control the weather; rain and snow can affect the driveway by making it rocky muddy, snow covered, or icy. We do our best with our tractor to maintain the driveway to the best of our abilities.)

Fireplace are turned off from Spring to Fall (Est. April to October) when day temps drop into the 60s is when fireplaces are turned on.

Smoking only allowed outside!!
(No vapes, cigarettes, and marijuana use in the cabin, only outside.)

All pets are to be kenneled when left alone in the cabin and not allowed on furniture.

Guests are able to contact us through the VRBO message platform, call or text (479) 981-0715. The day of arrival guests will receive a message through VRBO with directions, key code and check in instructions.

We offer boat and trailer parking at the bottom of the property. We suggest hitch locks and to be cautious when we have bad weather.

STANDARD - Vacation Rental Agreement

This Agreement is for a Term beginning on the date specified in the reservation (“Arrival Date”) and ending on the date specified (“Departure Date”). Check-in is 4:00 p.m and Check-out is 11:00 AM. (Unless stated otherwise on paid invoice or approved early/late check in/out by owners)

You are responsible for damage, theft, unauthorized entry, and unauthorized pets, except in the case of normal wear and tear. Additional Damage Charges will apply for: any damage, late check-outs without prior authorization, extensive cleaning required at check-out, and/or exceeding occupancy limits. Guest will be notified of any Damage Charges.(SEE BINDER IN CABIN FOR DAMAGE COSTS ON TOWELS, SHEETS, ECT.)

Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana : Smoking anything is strictly forbidden inside the Property structures. Smoking is only allowed outside. Evidence of smoking inside the Property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in an additional Cleaning Fee of $250 billed to the Guest as Damage Charges.

GUEST, FAMILY OF GUEST, ADDITIONAL INVITEES OF GUEST, PETS, AND VISITORS OF GUEST, HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROPERTY.

Pets: All pets are to be declared upon time of booking. There is a pet cleaning fee due at time of booking. For any pet not declared/announced you could be asked to evacuate result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in a $150.00 cleaning/penalty fee billed to the Guest as Cleaning/Damage Charges, and will be charged against the credit card on file. All pets are to be leashed when on property and if left unattended in cabin need to be kenneled and not cause any sort of noise complaint. Noise complaint could result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid. No pets are allowed on an furniture, blankets, beddings or towels. If so, guest will be charged a damage fee not limited to $150.00 which will be charged to the credit card on file.
