full kitchen with dishes and in room laundry. Was way more than my wife and I needed, for an overnight stay, but would be great for a family of 4 or 2 couples.

Very well tun VRBO with great location. Apartment had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The Keurig coffee maker with sugar and cream and the ice cubes in the freezer came in handy. The absence of an elevator was no problem for us. Ken was very responsive to questions we had and very friendly.

The property we stayed in was in perfect condition. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. It was easy to access and located centrally in Dubuque. Communication with Ken always goes smoothly and he gives great instructions to gain access to his VRBOs.Our only issue was that it was more than a six minute walk to Loras College, which was the main reason we chose this spot. Not a huge deal, we just had to adjust some things - otherwise everything was perfect and we will definitely stay at Ken’s property again in the future!

The apartment was clean, up to date, and comfortable. Ken was responsive with a check in issue and it was resolved quickly. I appreciated the quick checkout procedures (we didn’t get an extensive to-do list). If we ever make our way to the area, we would stay there again.

This apartment was very clean and comfortable! It is conveniently located near dining, breweries, and downtown activities. Ken was a very friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed eating at his delicious Asian Cuisine downstairs. I would just note that the apartment is up 2 very long flights of stairs, and parking is down the street a bit, so it is best for those who are in decent shape to walk :) We loved our stay and highly recommend!
