Central location in the heart of historic Dubuque, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with 1,100 Sq/Ft. is less then 10 minutes from all of the major attractions. This property has recently been updated and has modern finishes.

The kitchen includes a large granite slab island with commercial faucet.

Bathroom included double granite vanity, heated tile floor, and custom tiled shower.

Large master bedroom includes a king size memory foam bed, 32" TV, large custom closet, and rocking chair.

Second bedroom features both a queen size bed, and a fold down sleeper sofa.

Quaint house for our visit to Dubuque to see our son at Clarke Univ. House was in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay, and to feed some hungry college kids. Great communication with the host and everything was modern, clean, & perfect for our weekend stay

Very clean, and appreciated all that was provided to use. As a family of 6, it saved us a bunch of room packing. Michael was very respectful and quick to respond. This house is in a great neighborhood and great location to see and do things. I loved how it was decorated and designed as well. The spacious counters and table fit all of us to eat at and made it easy to make lunches and suppers.

Dont judge a book by the cover

The house was very clean. There is a very musky smell in the home. The airconditioners in the bedrooms are quite noisy so ear plugs are a must. Location is great! The yard and landscaping need attention. The beds and linens are great. We never used the kitchen so wont comment on that other than the single cup keurig. Dont get discouraged when you pull up by the unkept landscaping and yard. Inside is very nice.

Nice spot in Dubuque

This property was perfect for our 3 night stay to visit our daughter in college. The property was very clean and well put together inside. We will keep this one on our list for our next visit.

This is my third time staying at this property. The property manager Michael is easy to reach with any questions and always helpful. The beds are comfortable and it has all the conveniences of home. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Dubuque! Location is convenient to everything and a beautiful neighborhood.

Great location !

We traveled from NC to Iowa , our son had a baseball tournament. The house was in such a great neighborhood and was really close to grocery stores/ restaurants. The house was really clean & very spacious for our family of 5 . There was couple of things that could improve, living room & the bathroom were always hot and seems to have hard time cooling off . The hallway had a sewage smell that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from . Overall it’s a very nice house / locations and we enjoyed our stay.

Our visit was easy and comfortable. Honestly, I was getting nervous about check in becase it was 1230 pm and we still hadnt received details to enter property. So, I contacted Michael and he promptly sent information for check in. In fairness, I was with my 90 year old Mom and she was sure we werent getting in....so, that made me nervous. Trust the process! We stayed for 2 weeks. So, a point of improvement would be to have availability to washer/dryer since we found ourselves at a laundromat 3 times. The neighbors were very nice! The park behind the house has a nice asphalt path that is approximately 1/2 a mile per lap. I used it for a nice power walk to get in my 5 miles! I love Dubuque! Thanks, Michael!

High and Dry

The property was great and as advertised. Difficulty checking in as host forgot to send door code and uncertainty checking out as instructions were minimal and incomplete with regards to linens and garbage. Since it literally poured rain while there it was nice to sit on a ridge looking out at it while keeping dry.

Weekend in Dubuque

We really enjoyed this property. It was close to where our activities were for the weekend and was comfortable
 we really looked forward to going “home” at the end of each long day out having fun. We will definitely rent this property again if we ever need to stay in the area.

This is a great property. Loved the large kitchen island and comfortable beds. It was nice to have a tv in every room. The view at the back of the property was great, but no deck off the slider to sit outside at this time. If you like lots of coffee there is only a small 1 cup at a time coffee maker, but it does fit kcups if you bring them and has a pod with tiny filters that allows you to add ground coffee to make a cup. Has most of your basic needs and it was a very comfortable, roomy, nicely decorated clean property.

The home is clean and completely updated. We were in the area for fall hiking so appreciated the close proximity to Mines of Spain. Equally close to downtown restaurants. Check in instructions were detailed and easy. Overall great experience!

Perfect Neighborhood

This property is 6 minutes from everything you need and is on a very quite street. I was able to take walks at night and relax outside before heading to activities. Perfect house if you are visiting or dropping of student to UD. Highly recommend. Inside of house was nice and clean. Big bathroom and kitchen. Will be back.
