Washer and Dryer on the basement (share with basement tenants). 1st and 2nd Bedroom with Queen size beds along with full bathroom between the two bedrooms. Wi-Fi throughout the house along with Smart T.V.
Please, be aware that the garden area is shared with the owners.
Guest access
Guests may use the entire apartment on the 1st floor and the Laundry Machine and dryer on the basement, but NOT ANY OTHER AREAS ON THE BASEMENT SINCE THIS IS OCCUPIED.
Also, garden and OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY are available to be use by guests. Please note that outside Garage is for OWNERS USE ONLY.
