It's a lovely unit, nicer than the pics. Was very content here. Had everything I needed. I really enjoyed the massage chairs, lovely kitchen and bath with higher end finishes. I really appreciate the toaster oven not being stainless steel on the inside sincethia unit had no -stick cookware like most. Would definitely book again.
Used the living room as my office for 4 days... that multi-functional cocktail table was clutch.

Great home base to explore Chicago. I had purchased and brought ear protection thinking it would be needed with the airport a block away, but the building is very well sound-proofed and it was not an issue. We were able to have normal conversation in the condo even when we could faintly hear planes - we felt the vibration more than heard the sound.The only slight quibble is the USB charging port in the night table on one side of the bed is on the same circuit as the lamp on the other side of the bed, so when you turn off the light via the wall switch you also turn off phone charging.Other than that very minor quibble, the place was actually nicer than expected. The kitchen had modern appliances and the massage chairs were a nice touch.

This was my first time using vrbo and I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing my host was and how this property was more amazing than the pictures. This was one of my best vacations ever.

The apartment was very clean and everything was updated. We appreciated that we had free off street parking right next to the building. We had to look around a little to find sheets for the pull out bed in the living room. Kitchen had what we needed but having an extra roll of paper towel on hand would be good as well as dish cloths and towels for hand washing and drying dishes. There was an issue with the entry light randomly turning on and off but he came to fix that right away. It is about a 20 min drive from downtown (in good traffic, during rush hour it took us an hour) and not in an upscale neighborhood, but it was clean and comfortable and met our needs for our Chicago stay.

Was clean, I wish the place had nicer pots and pans bc it has an awesome stove, they were kinda dingy and rusty. Also, need a fresh coat of paint on trim and doors and fix the fan in bathroom. Everything else was fine, a little noisy bc of airport but I expected it being so close to it. The lock is a lot tricky coming in but I figured out. Stinky when you walk into entrance but it wasn’t bad inside the place.

The rental was great! The place was exactly as it is listed. Overall, the cleanliness was great, other than ONE coffee cup that needed to be cleaned prior to using it.Parking was good. You get one guaranteed spot, but if you need more, there are some other parking spots available; you just need to get them while they're open (if you need more than one space).Communication with the host was very easy, and he offered solutions to the issue we had with the TV not working correctly. The issue was not solved, but we also were not there much to watch the TV, but it would've been nice to have in a couple of situations.The location is right next to Midway Airport, so there is plane noise, but it was not too much for us to be able to sleep.Mackson's place was great for the price and exceeded expectations! If I'm back in town again, I would certainly consider this place again!
