Itâs truly the heart of the coast â full of life, with year-round festivals, live music, local art, and great dining. We wanted to be close enough to enjoy all that excitement while still having our own private retreat to come home to.
And of course, being near a marina was a must for our family â we love spending time on the water and taking our boat out to explore. Tropicalia gives us the perfect balance of peace, fun, and coastal adventure.

Outside, the property is shaded by majestic 300-year-old oak trees draped in Spanish moss, creating a peaceful, timeless setting. You can feel the coastal breeze, smell the salt air, and hear the birds along the shoreline â a true reminder that youâre in a special place.
