House was very clean. Love the location. Wonderful setting literally in the woods. Very calm and very peaceful. Communication was very quick to reply & answer all our questions.

While it was a quick trip for a volleyball tournament, location was wonderfully unique and host was very helpful when code didn't work.

Our family stay of 11 total people, was effective for everyone. It was a little difficult to locate with poor signage, even in the daylight. There was adequate space for family games and meals. The outdoor lighting is poor. Our eldest guest in her 70s, struggled with seeing where to step especially walking toward the fire pit and picnic table. The overall experience was good and I would recommend this location to others.

The cabin needs alot of updating the front porch steps need redone the boards was rotting, you could feel air coming from the outside in the rooms the house smelt like sewer when was there and had to leave the property because of it at midnight and had nowhere else to stay. The hot tub water smelled horrible. Kitchen’s faucet would like water when you turned it on.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — that is not acceptable. Safety and comfort are priorities for us. We have completed work orders to: repair/replace the rotten front porch steps, inspect and resolve any plumbing/septic issues causing the sewer smell, drain/sanitize and test the hot tub, and repair the kitchen faucet and any points allowing drafts and these are no longer issues. We regret you had to leave and would have liked the chance to address these issues during your stay. — Avada Properties

Location was great, but not well marked for directions off very steep road, which made it difficult to find in the dark. Place feels a bit run down. No handles on doors makes it difficult to open, blinds broken in living room, no filter for coffee pot, leftover beer cans thrown in fire pit from prior guests, beds extremely uncomfortable and old. One tv remote for living room and bedroom tv. Host was very nice and very responsive to any questions though.

The cabin is located about 10 minutes from town, which is incredible !! The drive up is not too steep but it is a little vertical. It rained every day we were there so we couldnt use the fire pit but there was a fresh package of wood available to use if not for the rain. The cabin was immaculately clean. The area was very quiet at night, no loud noises or engines revving up and down the mountain. The only issue we found was that the staircase to the upper 2 bedrooms, the double room and the playroom, were a little steep, but there was a metal gate at the top of the stairs and also a gate at the bottom to prevent any little or pets from sprinting up the stairs. There was also a metal gate going from the porch to the stairs at the front door which would prevent any littles or pets from running down the stairs unattended. Our family of 5 had no problem feeling at home in this cabin. We are looking forward to our next trip back. Thanks so much for a wonderful time ! Oh and also !! We saw our first ever bear at the cabin! We watched it safely from the porch while it wandered around the yard and driveway! An experience we will never forget !!!

Over all this was a good place. Only a couple of things i would fix. 1st for safery reasons, i would fix the lights on the steps and walkway. It is very dark there and with no lights on the steps it was a safety concern. The last thing is on some doors, there is no door knob or handle. Makes it alittle hard to open and close the door. Other than that, it was good

The host was very nice from beginning to the end, he was available for communication when I needed him. Check-in and checkout was so simple and the cabin was great, a little hard to find the first time but it was a great stay and I would definitely boom again.

Loved the charming cabin hot tub being inclosed and proximity to town. Our son loved the upstairs game room. Stairs are steep if traveling with little ones or elderly. Needed assistance and the management company was there to help right away.
