Second time staying at this property and it was great! Felt like a "home" and not just a vacation rental. Lots of beautiful art. Serene backyard. Comfortable and clean.

We had a quick one day stay which we wished was longer because the house was a perfect set up. It was away from all the hustle of Sedona and offered such a peaceful and quiet retreat to come back to and the stars at night were incredible along with all the jasmine that lines the back patio area.

Very nice house in a quiet, upscale, and somewhat remote neighborhood that's away from the downtown lights. A large property with comfortable beds, a relaxing living room with high ceilings, large windows with a view, and large TV. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable accommodations for friends getting away for a visit. It was perfect for our group: one liked to walk, one liked to read, one had to work, and one had a few mobility issues. Easy access. All on one floor. Spacious enough for family groups. No more than a 10 minute drive to downtown Sedona. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need, but there are lots of restaurants to choose from as well. Nice desk area in primary bedroom. Tub/showers, so not handicap accessible. Good internet access. Good communication with host regarding access. No issues, so no communication during stay.Quiet, private, ‘dark-sky’ so very dark on private road after nightfall. Beautiful surroundings!

The home was in a very quiet secluded upscale neighborhood. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The drive to the super market and lots of trails was only 10 minutes away. We couldn't have been more pleased.

The kitchen was very well equipped, The house actually could handle more than 6 people as there is a cot and foldout sleeper chair. Plenty of bath linens pillows, blankets etc.The back yard is delightful - shaded patio with table and chairs, grill, shade trees. Nice landscaping in front. Wonderful birds in the yard in the morning - including a family of quails that paraded on the concrete rear wall. Great deco inside. Can't say enough good things about this property. The location was great for us - we didn't want to be too close to uptown Sedona. We were close to many trails and the Safeway grocery store.

Great location nice and quiet extremely beautiful home laid out very nice super clean would definitely stay and recommend again. This is probably a fairly new VRBO so it has not built up it's supply of salt sugar ketchup mustard Etc however it does have all the plates pots and pans everything else you would ever need not a complaint just letting you know to bring some stuff

Our family just loved this quiet desert retreat! This was a last minute booking when our camping plans fell through, and we couldn't have been happier with how things worked out. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed from towels to kitchen supplies. My daughters were charmed by the colorful dishes and wide selection of mugs for their evening tea. The location is spectacular- gorgeous, quiet, and very close to Sedona (without the crowds). We were only able to stay one night (though we'd like to come back and stay longer!), and this was the perfect launch for our Arizona road trip. Sometimes with vacation houses, the pictures oversell the property, but this location was a bit of the opposite. Pictures can't do justice to how beautiful this location is, or the lovely interior of the home. It felt much more spacious and artistically decorated than I had anticipated. Just an FYI- Apple Maps would not give me driving directions. Maybe because the house is on a private road? We got here just fine, though, it was easy to find!

What a beautiful home this was! So big and roomy. Loved the southwest decor within and without! Everything you could ever want in the kitchen. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, comforters, etc. Such a quiet and beautiful neighborhood to stroll around in the late afternoon. Jeff was the best host. Throughout booking and into the time we were actually leaving on our vacation, Jeff was there with instructions, answers to questions, and even recommendations on restaurants, etc. A from beginning to end!
