Located in a prime spot, our home is just steps away from Nimmanahaemin (Nimman), next to Maya shopping mall and the Chiang Mai University (CMU) campus. We are also close to the waterfalls and the famous Doi Suthep temple, perched on the mountain overlooking the city.
Our neighborhood is one of the liveliest in Chiang Mai, with a local market, diverse communities, cafĂ©s, restaurants, and plenty of amenities. Being in Nimman, the cityâs most dynamic and touristic district, youâll also enjoy quick and easy access to the Old City and main roads.
Our spacious and welcoming house is surrounded by tropical gardens. It features 8 comfortable bedrooms (all with air conditioning and everything you need for a pleasant stay), 2 kitchens, 6 showers, a cinema room, a pizza and barbecue corner, 2 living rooms, and several relaxing spaces. Free parking is available.

We are only 5 minutes from Nimmanhaemin, one of the most vibrant and dynamic areas of Chiang Mai, and also just 5 minutes from the Old Town. At the same time, the property is located at the foot of Doi Suthep, the mountain famous for its temples and waterfalls, and surrounded by lush tropical gardens that create a peaceful and natural atmosphere.
