The space
It’s a newly built the outside surrounding is not done yet. Now that we are done getting the interior ready for you, We are getting ready to start getting the surrounding landscaping done. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful and you can park onsite in the first car driveway parking spot or any spot on the garage driveway.

-This is the main house. 2 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, large kitchen, closet, laundry room with a private entrance through the front porch main door straight and in front of you as you get on the porch.
This home has a nextgen studio attached to it but totally separated from the main house with no connection, contact or shared spaces with your main house.

-You get access to your guest house through your door code to the main door straight ahead on the front porch.

Open the front door to a large stylish shoe rack and arriving area just beside is large modern well equipped kitchen.

Living room space is stylish with mostly European touches. Soft plush living room sleeper couches, large nesting coffee table and side tables.
Relax with endless entertainments options on the 72 inch smart tv.

Large Master’s bedroom comes with huge comfortable king size bed, cloud white clean linen with every guest. 2 night stands and lamb shades.
Modern electric fire side, 44 inch smart tv. There is a master en-suite bathroom with independent toilet area and bidet toilet pot for extra cleaning.
Shower, has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The vanity area has 2 sinks and hygiene products, tons of toilet paper.

Modern new kitchen with large island and sink. induction cooktop stove and vent. large microwave, freezer and refrigerator with touchscreen pad, pots, plates, spoons dishes, cups and more. lots of cabinet space and humidifier for the air.

Second bathroom is a little smaller than the masters and has a private bathroom. With all bathroom essentials from hair dryer, toilet paper, towels, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and first aid and hygiene products. It has a large comfortable king bed as well. 1 night stand, 2 table lights, a work table wall mirror and chair that can also be used as vanity when needed. An electric fire side and 44 inch smart tv.

There is a laundry room in the house that can be used by guests and laundry detergent and softener provided.

Please take note before booking. The is a nextgen studio suite attached to the home but totally private on its own so the is absolutely no access, no shared spaces or amenities whatsoever. There is a locked utility closet door close to the masters bedroom access by only the cleaners.
The garage is locked but is open for guests with 5 days stay or longer. It’s a newly built house so backyard and front yard is not done yet but we are looking to start the outdoor project as soon as possible.
Guest access
-Guest get access to the entire guest house, garage driveway and entire front yard and surroundings.

-Also guest can use washer/ dryer available in the property.
It’s a new construction so backyard is not done yet but we are looking forward to taking on that project soon.

If due to any important situation you need a change in any of the house rules, you need to inform me to talk about it so I can let you know any possibilities of accommodation before booking.
