Nauti Lodge Too - is just steps away from the Sheraton Hotel (home of Sundance headquarters), the bus stop (free transportation around town and to the resorts), great restaurants, the hot tub and heated pool. This condo is your home away from home (and ours too)! It features one well-appointed bedroom, one large bathroom, comfortable living room, and a full kitchen w/ 400 mbps of dedicated secure wifi internet.
NAUTI LODGE TOO - This Nauti Stays Vacation Rental property is just steps away from the Sheraton Hotel (home of Sundance headquarters), the bus stop (free transportation around town and to the resorts), great restaurants, the hot tub and heated pool. This condo is your home away from home (and ours too)! It features one well-appointed bedroom, one large bathroom, comfortable living room, and a full kitchen w/ 400 mbps of dedicated secure wifi internet.
(We also have NAUTI LODGE located down the hall, which has the same set up if your traveling with others)
The bedroom and living room are separated by a door. The kitchen has a stove/oven, over stove microwave, conventional-sized refrigerator/freezer, 2 slice toaster, dish washer, Mr. Coffee (large), Kurig, and fully stocked with all the basics (and more - like Tupperware, "yeti" cups, etc). There's a counter height table that can seat up to 4 people.
The living room has large 55 inch smart TV with Roku, ceiling fan, and an electric fire place. The unit has baseboard heat and seasonal A/C for those summer months. (3) DryGuy DX Forced Air Boot Dryers are also located in the living room to dry shoes, boots, gloves, etc.
The Bedroom has a queen bed, closet, sink, and a 50 inch Smart TV. The bed's head and foot areas elevate with a remote. It also has 2 touch bedside lamps with USB C and A ports and outlets on each convenient for charging cellular phone and more.
The bathroom is very spacious and with a tub. There is Conair Hair dryer for your use.
We decided to cut cable since everyone has their own streaming platforms and this helps us keep rental prices lower.
For your comfort, a humidifier and fan are kept in the bedroom closet. The hallway has numerous racks/hooks for skis, jackets, snowboards. and gear.
This condo is located on the subterranean level with a view facing outside. Despite being half under ground, there are two large windows that allow a good amount of sunlight in (especially in the afternoon). One in the bedroom, and one in the living room. There blinds and curtains on the bed window to block the sunlight and just blinds on the living room window. At this level, the unit is kept cooler in the summer months and warmer in winter. The unit's location within the Carriage House complex makes it just seconds from the underground parking lot and elevator for easy move-in/move-out. We are just bout 100 feet from the indoor Jacuzzi (Open Year Round). The heated pool is seasonal, usually opens May and closes October â weather permitting.
The Carriage House has a surface parking lot (Lot E) directly at the main building entrance. If the lot is full, there are surrounding lots that can be utilized.
***I was lucky enough to secure 1 reserved parking spot in the underground parking garage under the Sheraton Hotel right outside the back door very close to our unit. This is invaluable when arriving to the condo late at night or when it snows. To offset our cost for this reserved parking spot, our guest(s) can utilize it for $6 per day for the trip as an added fee after booking***
This condo is just feet away from the free bus system that will take you anywhere in Park City which means you have instant FREE transportation wherever you want to go. Be it a short 3 min car ride to Park City Mountain Resort or a 10 min car to Canyons Mountain Resort, this condo is perfectly located. After a day on the mountain, you can relax in the indoor jacuzzi literally 120 feet from the condo front door. After that, take a stroll out the backdoor and choose from any of the numerous restaurants.
Laundry Washer and Dryer are coin, credit card, or app operated. They are on the 1st (down the hall), 2nd and 4th levels in the building. They are not in the unit.
I stock up on and try to provide Suave body soap and 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. If you are like me when you travel, you bring your own preferable toiletries. There is a Hair Blow Dryer. So pack accordingly.
When the condo is booked, I will send you the Welcome Letter that is kept in the condo. A few days prior to your arrival, I will send you the unique Carriage House building code and also your unique condo door code. There are no keys to carry around or worry about losing..
- Check in 3 pm / check out 10 am
- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 2 persons â This includes infants/children of any age
- No Smoking/Vaping to include within 25 feet of building
- No Pets
Since this is a shared condo (not just for rental, but owner use), we do not accept reservations with animals due to my and my son's allergies to cat/dog dander which is left behind by the animals hair/fur. Unfortunately there is no way to remove it all after an animals stays.
- No Parties
****For bookings over 11 days, an extra cleaning(s) will need to be completed. This is to change linens, refresh towels, provide cleaning, and to assure the condo stays in good shape - no damage. This charge (at current cleaning rate of $100) will be added at booking and the guest will be advised of the extra charge by the host. For example - If it is a 2 week stay, the extra cleaning will be conducted at or about 7 days.**
** Due to limited housecleaning services on Sundays and Holidays, reservations with Sunday and certain Holiday Check-outs will be accepted only with a $15 fee (Sunday and Holiday Cleaning/Checkout Fee). The Holiday Cleaning/Checkout Fee for CHRISTMAS DAY is $115. This cost will be charged as an "Extra Payment" after reservation is Accepted/Booked. The charge is to offset Sunday and Holiday Cleaning Costs - All money goes to housecleaning. In some cases it may be beneficial to make a Monday Check-out even though you are leaving Sunday or Holiday morning.**
