A contemporary, brand-new construction, luxury home at Massanutten Resort, it features luxurious bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, an open floor plan, a game room full of activities for all ages, and floor to ceiling windows in the great room offering sensational sunrise views! Soak in the hot tub on cool nights after skiing or a vivacious round of golf. Looking for privacy? This home has two master bedrooms! The top floor is home to the honeymoon suite with gorgeous master bath ensuite and private, secluded deck. The honeymoon suite contains the only rooms on the top floor- total privacy. The main floor master bedroom with sumptuous ensuite features a soaking tub, tiled shower, and dual sinks, and access to the main floor deck.

On the lower level are three bedrooms: one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one kid friendly bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. There are also two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combination. The game room is located on this level, too, and has a sleep sofa with a queen bed. An additional full size sleep sofa is located on the main floor, in the living room.

The house can accommodate large family and friend groups. The game room features a vintage poker table, a retro arcade machine with over 400 games, an air hockey table, a wet bar and a 75-inch tv to keep everyone entertained. The five separate decks are perhaps the home’s most striking feature. Each presents a different experience, from the quiet and secluded private deck of the honeymoon suite, to the outdoor dining deck that can seat 18, to the lower deck with its bar seating and hot tub, sure to be enjoyed by all. A fire table on the main deck offers a great place to relax and enjoy the sunrise or the beautiful evenings.

This home is in the perfect location at Massanutten Resort! Just five minutes to the ski slopes, the golf courses, and the waterpark!

All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Washer and dryer are available. 

The driveway fits 5-7 cars depending on size. Extra cars may be parked in resort lots.  The paved driveway is very steep.  Four wheel drive and AWD vehicles will be required during winter months! Be prepared for winter weather. 

SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.

This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort.  However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You’ll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by our guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6/person/day (subject to change). MPOA Pool availability is subject to, and at the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through TripForth's Ticket Link. **Please note some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and amenity


No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the house will incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside of the house, but all butts are to be cleaned up and safely removed.

**Pre-approved dogs are required to be on a leash when outside.  
You must clean up after your pets.

Pet Rules
-We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken. 
-Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly.
-Must be crated when in the house alone.
-Stay off all furniture.
-Must have advance notice of pet on property.
-Cannot be left alone outside.  

*This home is located in the woods. You will likely see insects (including some that fly) and arachnids. Please be aware they may come inside when doors are opened, especially when lights are on inside. 
*Please note that package delivery is not available at Massanutten homes.
*Minimum age to book is 25.

*There are no open fires permitted in Massanutten.
