Welcome to The AprĂšs Penthouse, a modern alpine stay overlooking the Sierra Star Golf Course in Mammoth Lakes. With vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a gourmet kitchen with bar seating, itâs built for mountain mornings and fireside evenings. Two bedrooms plus a chic loft blend comfort and style. Just minutes from the slopes, itâs easy to bring the aprĂšs home with you. After your stay, youâll see why âaprĂšsâ is the feeling that brings you back.
The space
This 1,450 SF tri-level corner unit is designed for both gathering and retreat. The mid-level open floor plan brings everyone together with a dining area, living room, and gourmet kitchen featuring KitchenAid/ SMEG appliances and a Nespresso machine. Step onto the private deck overlooking Sierra Star Golf Course or unwind with the aprĂšs shotski by the fire.
The two bedrooms (King + Queen) and a loft with a Queen, Full, and Twin comfortably sleep 8, paired with two modern bathrooms complete with fresh finishes, hair dryers, and quality toiletries. Premium linens, cozy throws, and smart features like Nest heating, Bose sound system, and high-speed WiFi make every stay elevated yet comfortable.
With space to spread out across three levels, this home is well-suited for families, couples, and groups of friends looking for a stylish alpine retreat.
Here, location is everything. Wake up beside the Sierra Star Golf Course, walk to the nearby park or trails, and reach the slopes and Village in minutes. Whether itâs skiing, hiking, or aprĂšs cocktails, everything Mammoth has to offer is right at your door.

- Winter travel: check road and weather conditions before arrival; chains may be required
- Trip insurance is highly encouraged due to Mammothâs winter conditions
- Holiday stays require a 3-night minimum
- Booking requirements: Guests must be 25+ with positive reviews to book
- Heating: our Nest system and new heaters are efficient but may take time to warm up â once settled, the space stays very comfortable
