Perfect Family & Dog Friendly 2 Story Condo, Sleeps 8+, 1 Mile To Village, #66

Fun family-style casual and cozy condo. Great location and a mile from the Village and a mile from Eagle Lodge. Outdoor community pool, jacuzzi & sauna as well as BBQ's, ping pong table, cornhole & a tennis/pickleball & half court basketball court. It’s been in the family for 40 years and we are just now starting to rent it out. Some upgrades so far - new appliances & hardwood flooring downstairs and more to come. The old school massage chair is a perfect way to relax after a fun outdoor day.

All original artwork & sculptures from the 30's through the 70’s was created by my grandfather who was one of the original cartoonist at MGM and hired by Walt Disney himself.

Perfect location to village or village walking distance to stores, breakfast. We’re on the BDR and section 1 starts in Mammoth (7 miles from condo) it’s a great place to stay.

The host Robert is very thoughtful. The condo has enough beds for 7 people. There are spare clothes and blankets if you need to borrow. The location of the condo is convenient. Will come again during winter season.

Perfect place for our stay

We stayed here after a long trip in the car heading home. Plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. Very close to the main strip in town and our host Rob was very accommodating for our group. We will be back hopefully in the winter to stay again.

Driving through Mammoth

This was the perfect place for our 1-night stay. Kids loved the loft and the pool. Host was great; excellent communication. Only wish we had more time to explore the area!

I bought this condo from a really good college friend whose parents were the original owners from the early 80's. I've been coming up to Mammoth since the early 80's as well and love it. I love sharing the stoke and the condos with others:-) All of the artwork his original artwork created by my grandfather. Some of the pieces are almost 100 years old. In 1967, he was also credited along with his partner (Mel Shaw) for the original design work for the Mammoth Mountain Inn (previously known as the Mammoth Mountain Luxury Apartments). That original design can be found framed underneath the TV in the living room. More about the Robert Y Allen can be found on the wall when you walk into the condo as well. He was also credited with the original design work for the Howdy Doodie doll, the predecessors to the cartoon Tom & Jerry and several MGM cartoons from the 40’s that you can find on YouTube today.

I love Old Mammoth. The village is great but there's something a bit more nostalgic about this area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It's the largest of all of the floor plans in the complex and is 2 stories with a master on each floor and a loft with 4 single beds. All of the kitchen appliances were upgraded in 2023 no and new hardwood floors were installed downstairs in 2024 but we kept the original shag carpet in the bedrooms and stairs and it has been deep steam cleaned several times, We also kept the original Formica counter tops in the kitchen, the solid wood cabinets and the linoleum flooring in the bathrooms to keep it cozy and a little old school. There’s also a fully functional massage chair and the wood pellet burning fireplace is awesome too and heats up the whole condo but there is also central heat and several plug-in heaters around the condo if necessary.
