Our families had a great time at the home. It was a clean and beautiful home. The kids enjoyed the loft space! I would highly recommend. Thank you for being attentive and making our stay wonderful!

This is perfect house for a family gathering. It is open, modern and comfortable with the ability to spread out. The kids area kept our little ones entertained with games and videos. The well equipped kitchen and four bathrooms are a plus. We totally enjoyed the house and neighborhood in December and could tell it would be even better in the summer months. We were also treated to an amazing sun rise.

Great stay

The home was spacious, clean, up to date, with higher end furnishings. The grand children had a great time, fishing, swimming and paddle boarding.

High school reunion at house nearby on Lake Sawyer

Wonderful home for a gathering of friends. We had a reunion nearby
. This homes setting made it comfortable to have coffee outside with the guest next to the lake and a sunset dinner. Beautiful colors on the lake in the evening while the boats make it home to their docks. Landscape around deck was beautiful. The home well equipped with large comfortable bedrooms. All king size beds. 360 degree view out the windows upstairs. Every bedroom has a view of the lake. We would definitely rent this home again. Hiking near on beautiful trail. Check app called “all trails map” 5 stars

Peaceful waterfront home

This beautiful Pacific Northwest home on Lake Sawyer provides all the tranquility you could want with calm waters and low boat speeds in early morning and evenings. But during the day, fishing boats, ski boats, jet skis offer watersport fun. Copper Hawk has a canoe for use and we canoed in the lake and inlets. Nearby family members brought a fishing boat and paddle boards and kayaks for our enjoyment. The house has all the amenities and the best stocked kitchen of any rental we’ve stayed in. A small keurig, electric teapot and small refrigerated in every bedroom was a big bonus! Upstairs playroom has a king size bed which can be pulled down and lots of bean chairs which teenagers would enjoy. Includes a kitchenette (no stove). We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation home. Will definitely reserve again!

AMAZING lake house! 5 stars!

I have stayed at many vacation rentals and own a few as well and this house tops all of them. The photos don’t do it justice. It is one of the most peaceful well done Lake house rentals. Our family of eight stayed and spent quality time comfortably in the house. Everything has been thought through, every detail, every aspect and even down to coffee and mini refrigerators in every bedroom! The master is on the main level which is perfect and provides space from kids who can stay upstairs. I’m very picky about mattresses and these were high quality for sure, we all slept so well! The house has an awesome upstairs game area and movie watching for teens young adults, or kids along with awesome beanbags that they loved! All the bedrooms and bathrooms have showers are laid out perfectly and everyone had their own space when they didn’t want to socialize. The house is wired for Wi-Fi and the flat screens connected to every streaming app so there was something for everyone to watch. The house overlooked the lake And there’s a canoe if you wanted to get out on it. My kids spent lots of time swimming and fishing off the dock and we had many good conversations outside on the deck looking over the beautiful lake, trees and watch eagles fly overhead. If you are coming to the Seattle area, do not miss this!!. It was the perfect rental for us and convenient and close to everything. We will absolutely stay again five stars highly recommend!

This stay far exceeded our expectations. The property is well-maintained. The interior and exterior decor is impeccable. High end bedding, towels, toiletries, very well stocked kitchen. I can’t think of anything that was lacking. Highly recommend!!We enjoyed day trips to Mt Rainier as well as hiking the local trails. We loved seeing the otters on the deck.

Our home is right on the water! It has incredible panoramic lake views and the hot tub is just a few feet from the waters edge. It has its own dock allowing you to access the lake and enjoy it with your family. This property offers you a home away from home with so much to have fun with, paddle board, kayak for outdoor entertainment!
