The house was recently completely renovated and updated. The heating and air are brand new and easy to adjust. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of this property, complete with all the essential and lots of nice to have amenities.
Our Guest
The house sits part way up the hill with a nice parking area and lots of lawn to stretch your legs. The crackle of your tires on the gravel driveway as you pass the new split rail fence and the birds singing at the feeder make up the sounds welcoming you to the home.
We know you have traveled to get here and provide a number of essential and nice to have items to get you started such as coffee, salt and pepper, extra toiletries and even some laundry pods.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom has a large tub and shower. The bath towels are supersized super soft. Special small make up towels are provided. There is a walk in closet with an iron and full size ironing board and a pack and play should a wee lad be joining you. A smart TV adorns one wall. At your bed are plug ins for your iPhone and a sound machine to chose a variety of background noises. The sheets on the bed where chosen for their high quality. Your clothes may be neatly put away in the full size solid wood armoire with a mirror.
A glass covered workstation sits in a nice space with a window behind it to have the yard and forest beyond as your backdrop.

Sitting Area
Through the double French doors from the master bedroom is a sofa bed for one. The room is a quiet room to read, with a southern facing window behind you where you sit.

Kitchen
We strive to have everything you need for occasional small or bigger meal preparation. We start you off with coffee and some basics like salt and pepper. There is a coffee maker, microwave oven and a toaster. There are enough plates and glasses to accommodate a full dinner. The dishwasher is ready for full capacity and runs quietly.
Sitting in the breakfast nook you look out the window to a usually very active bird feeder

Laundry
A full size washer and dryer with detergent pods are in the room with a small ladder, broom, fire extinguisher, and a vacuum cleaner.

Dining Room
Plenty of room for everyone to sit together. There is also a booster seat and a high chair for all the wee lads joining you. Some quests have preferred to set up their laptop on the table.
