Place was very convenient to areas we went to. It is a 2 bedroom with couch and chair in livingroom pulling out for extra beds. Very quiet area. Over all a good experience.

Came to Chapel Hill for a wedding and this location was perfect for the wedding site and the rehearsal dinner. The property was exceptionally clean and very tidy. Included all the extras we needed. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Unit was on the ground level which made for easy access. Small quiet patio in the back. All kitchen appliances worked well. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Pricing was great!Ceiling fans in each bedroom would’ve been nice, but standup fans were provided and were adequate. Would definitely stay here again!

It's a comfortable property, quiet community, yet convenient to everything around Chapel Hill and beyond. The host was gracious and VERY helpful to me on several occasions. Beds are comfortable, kitchen pretty well equipped {needs ice cube trays!} I would highly recommend this property

Very large apartment. Really comfortable beds. Nice pool. Close parking when we figured it out. The kitchen could use additional dishes and a pot for soup or pasta. Also a colander. Basic staples were appreciated.

In town for graduation with a family of 5. Had everything we needed for the weekend. Beds were comfortable, showers were great.

Our host Jalisa was very patient and courteous. The place was clean and the linens were ultra clean and white. Jalisa was always responsive when we contacted her. The neighborhood was quiet which was great for me.

Nice vrbo & great location

Perfect location for visiting colleges & attending the NCAA BB games. Very clean & comfortable beds. The kitchen needs a few additions however. A can opener, spatulas & other utensils, & a real working coffee maker, not a keurig that doesn't work, are needed.

Check out instructions tell guests to start dishwasher put sheets in washer and start washer, as well as take trash to dumpster. Yet guests still get hit with a significant cleaning fee. Guests get jobbed on that.

A very nice 2 bedroom condo

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath in a quiet complex with a pool and tennis court. Well equipped. Near shopping and restaurants. The owner is very responsive. Highly recommended!

Stayed at the condo for UNC football game. Great location. Close to shops, grocery store, etc. nice kitchen, outdoor chairs for chillin. Safe.

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our short stay here. It was very clean and comfortable for a two night stay. It is on the ground floor so no steps. We did have a problem with someone else parking in our assigned spot, but this was not the owner's fault. The one thing we missed is having a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. It is definitely a great choice for a reasonable rate!

Quiet spot

The VRBO was in a quiet spot but very convenient to a lot of things. Neighbors out and about but no noise. Very clean and well equipped. We wanted to try Chapel Hill this visit but it was a bit further than we wanted from where we were visiting. That is the only reason we wouldn’t go back. It’s lovely!

Quiet, one level

There were no stairs from parking lot to entrance and no stairs inside. My sister had a recent knee replacement so we needed a one level unit and this one fit the bill.. Very clean and quiet.

Very Nice

The location was exactly what we were looking for as my daughter's apartment was less than a mile from there. The rooms were clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very responsive. They were doing some construction in a next-door unit but they didn't start too early in the morning. All in all, it worked out very well.

I received my check in information in a timely manner. There was even a video that shows the path to the apartment. When I sent a message during our stay, there was an almost instant response. We will stay again when we head to Chapel Hill.
