Communication with owners was great. Liked the location, close to downtown but away from all the crowds. Beds were very comfy.

10th Anniversary Trip

We loved our cabin! It was clean, quiet, away from the busy tourist areas but an easy drive to get where you need to. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Escape!

Great place to stay while visiting Gatlinburg and surrounding areas. This was our second stay in Black bear falls cabin community. Very quiet and private yet very easy access to the the all the attractions!

This property was very nice. Perfect location for a get away from the city life but close enough for the fun in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Strongly recommend for your next vacation!
