To comply with legal and building security regulations, all guests may be required to:

• Provide a government-issued photo ID

• Confirm contact details

• Submit a valid credit card matching the ID name

• Complete our verification portal

• Undergo a background check if requested by building management

Rental Agreement

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Comply with our rental terms and conditions

• Provide a valid ID and matching credit card prior to check-in

• Complete additional verification steps if required

• Understand that check-in details may be withheld until verification is complete



Policy Violations

We expect all guests to respect the rules and the community. Repeated violations may result in removal from the property, with any costs incurred charged to the guest.



Damage Waiver / Security Deposit

You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



Pet Policy (if applicable to your stay)

Pets are allowed upon prior approval and subject to additional cleaning fees:



• Pet fee is $20/ night



We allow up to 2 pets (dogs or cats only). Breed restrictions apply:

Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrids.



Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty.



Noise & Security

• Noise monitors (non-recording) are installed to detect excessive decibel levels. Tampering will result in a fee.

• Hallway security cameras are in place for guest safety.
