This home is priced nicely for smaller groups. For larger groups, there is a higher nightly rate based on the number of occupants.

We strive to provide a welcoming and well-maintained home for all of our guests. This spacious house is perfect for larger groups, offering plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time together. While the décor is minimalist, the focus is on functionality and comfort for groups. We do our best to ensure all amenities are fully operational prior to arrival. Occasionally, technical issues such as internet outages can occur, but our team works promptly to resolve them as quickly as possible. The hot tub and appliances are regularly serviced and maintained for safety and hygiene, and traps are set to help deter pests. Guests will find clear instructions for the home and amenities, designed to help ensure a smooth stay for everyone. We appreciate all guests and ask that everyone communicates respectfully so that our team can provide assistance efficiently. For those who value a clean, spacious home in a convenient location with reliable support when needed, this property remains a strong choice. As always - our team is available 24/7 on our guest services line should you need anything!

We welcome families and large groups to our home, which offers ample space for multiple generations to gather comfortably. We appreciate all feedback and strive to provide a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone. This property does have steep stairs leading to the upstairs apartment, so we recommend caution for guests with mobility challenges or very young children. The game room is designed to offer fun entertainment options, though some games may have specific operational guidelines for safety and noise, particularly around the bunk bed area. Regarding the issues noted during the previous guest’s stay: the maintenance team is always available to assist promptly, including addressing any plumbing concerns, laundry issues, or other maintenance needs. While our cleaning team works hard to maintain a high standard, we encourage guests to reach out immediately if anything requires attention during their stay. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for most cooking needs, though we recommend checking for personal kitchen essentials prior to arrival. Trash removal is handled regularly, and additional supplies are available upon request. Our goal is for all guests to enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. We are continuously working on updates and improvements to ensure the home remains welcoming and well-maintained for families of all ages.

The guests that departed just prior to this guest's arrival left the home in extreme disarray (the reason the hot tub had to be drained and refilled). The housekeeping team had a difficult time preparing for these guest's to arrive the same day, but did the absolute best they could with the amount of time they were afforded to clean (6 hours between departing guest and arriving guest). Unfortunately, these guests also left the house in extreme disarray; as a result, the owners decided it would be best to allow at least 24 hours between all bookings, and they added a high occupancy fee for larger groups. Since this change was made, we haven't had any other issues and it's easy to see that all of the reviews since have been very positive.

We’re thrilled to share this property with future guests, especially those traveling with larger or multi-generational groups. This home comfortably accommodates 7–10 adults and several children, with 7 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms—three en suite and two shared between bedrooms. The house offers ample common space, including three living rooms (one in the main house, one in the apartment above the garage), a large dining area, and multiple seating options around the kitchen island, making it ideal for gathering with family or friends. Guests can enjoy fireplaces, multiple TVs, and easy access to local trails like the Harriman Trail. Parking is plentiful, with a 3-car garage plus additional outdoor spaces. The property offers excellent views to the east and satisfactory western views, with privacy provided by trees and brush from the highway. The heating system works well, and the home is equipped with WiFi throughout. Future guests should note a few things to help plan their stay: the main kitchen is cozy relative to the house’s size, with one stove and fridge; additional appliances are located in the garage and apartment, which are farther from the main kitchen. The apartment stairs are steep. While there is no air conditioning, this rarely affects comfort in the Wood River Valley. Overall, this property is exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-suited for families or groups looking to enjoy Ketchum and the surrounding area. Many of the minor maintenance items have been addressed and do not detract from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the home!
