This top-of-the-line luxury 4bd/4ba condo is located in Ketchum with spectacular views. Located on the third floor of the complex (elevator access) is all on one level with high ceilings and an ample amount of living space. The living area is an open plan with high ceilings and great Mt views. There is a 75-inch flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is very spacious with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with a 4-burner gas stove. There are 3 bar stools at the counter top, and the dining table seats 6. Off the dining area, there is access to a small deck with Northern views. There is another larger deck off the living room and the fourth bedroom.
The primary bedroom has a King bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a deck with Mt views. The bathroom has 2 sink vanities, a shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the full-size hallway bath. There is a single sink vanity and a shower only. The third bedroom has a twin daybed with a trundle that pulls out for another twin bed and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. This bedroom has a full-size bathroom with a single sink vanity and a combination shower/tub. The fourth bedroom is off the living area with a Queen sofa sleeper and access to the deck area. This room also has a full-size bath with a single sink vanity and shower.
The full-size laundry room located by the front door to the condo has a stack washer/dryer with sink and storage closets. There are two designated covered parking spaces, including one enclosed garage space in the complex, and street parking is available as well.
Complex Features: Brand new complex located within walking distance to downtown and bike path. The bus stop is about 3 blocks away to get around town and the ski slopes if you do not have a car. If you are looking for luxury accommodations, The Residences is for you.
