We offer a spacious two-level townhouse for rent in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella.
The ground floor features a bright living room with a fireplace, Smart TV, and access to a private terrace, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a guest toilet.
Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
-Master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub + bidet)
-Second bedroom (the largest) with two single beds on a mezzanine
-Third bedroom with a double bed (can be separated into two singles)
-The second bathroom also features a bathtub
The house also offers a large private garden with a terrace, gated parking for one car, and an extra parking spot in front of the house.
