Appartement de luxe en bord de mer avec bain à remous - 3 terrasses ensoleillées, wifi et barbecue à gaz

Bienvenue dans notre appartement au rez-de-chaussée luxueux et bien aménagé avec air conditionné, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains (2 en-suite). Situé dans le complexe sécurisé sécurisé de La Terrazas de Costalita, bénéficiant d'un espace de stationnement privé dans le garage souterrain, qui dispose également d'un accès par ascenseur (pas de problème avec de lourdes valises!).

Pour vous permettre de profiter du beau soleil espagnol, l'appartement dispose de 3 grandes terrasses privées permettant le soleil et l'ombre toute la journée - une grande terrasse avant accessible depuis le salon ou la chambre principale (soleil dès la première heure du matin et donnant sur la piscine) et 2 grandes terrasses arrière, accessibles depuis la cuisine (soleil jusque tard).

Un nouveau bain à remous pour 6 personnes et un barbecue à gaz sont fournis sur la terrasse arrière inférieure.

Il y a au total 6 chaises longues (4 à l'arrière et 2 sur la terrasse avant), des parasols sur les terrasses avant et arrière ainsi que deux tables à manger à 6 places et des chaises sur les terrasses avant et arrière.

Situé dans des jardins tropicaux magnifiquement entretenus, avec plusieurs piscines, y compris des piscines pour enfants peu profondes. Le bar privé au bord de la piscine (chiringuito) est ouvert pendant les mois de juillet et août.

Il y a une salle de fitness et une table de ping-pong (balles et balles de ping-pong et raquettes de tennis fournies dans l'appartement).

Il existe également 4 séries de clubs de golf de qualité disponibles sur demande.

La belle plage de sable et la promenade sont à seulement 100 mètres de l'appartement. On y accède par un chemin privé et sécurisé. Il y a des robinets / jets d'eau pour nettoyer le sable de vos pieds le long du chemin privé!

Il y a la climatisation dans tout l'appartement et un nouveau grand téléviseur intelligent dans le salon offrant un vaste choix de chaînes dans une variété de langues (y compris la plupart des chaînes britanniques) - comprenant NowTV, Netflix, AmazonPrime, YouTube, la navigation sur le Web, etc. - il vous suffit d'utiliser vos propres informations de connexion. Un clavier Bluetooth est fourni avec le téléviseur.

Nous avons un accès rapide par fibre optique et un haut-parleur Bluetooth de haute qualité Bose pour la musique.

La cuisine a une cafetière Nespresso, une bouilloire, un grille-pain, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, une plaque de cuisson, un four, un lave-linge et un réfrigérateur / congélateur. Planche et fer à repasser

La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit king-size (lit de voyage dans une armoire pour utilisation) et chaque chambre double dispose de deux lits simples. Toutes les chambres ont des placards offrant beaucoup de rangement.

Il y a 3 sèche-cheveux et 2 ensembles de lisseurs pour votre usage. Serviettes de bain et serviettes sont fournis, ainsi que des serviettes de piscine, donc pas besoin d'apporter votre propre.

Il y a un coffre-fort de bonne taille pour les clients.

La Terrazas de Costalita est idéalement située à proximité de Cancelada avec sa variété de restaurants et de commodités. Les supermarchés Mercadona et Lidl sont également très proches et il y a un immense Carrefour à Estepona. Plusieurs restaurants locaux sont facilement accessibles, notamment le bar Pepe's Beach et le restaurant La Antigua récemment rouvert, à quelques pas du bord de mer. L'appartement est à mi-chemin entre Estepona et Puerto Banus, Marbella étant à 5 minutes de Puerto Banus. Vous avez beaucoup de choix pour faire du shopping, manger et faire du sport. Le parc animalier Selwo Aventura est à environ 10 minutes en voiture pour passer une bonne journée avec les enfants.

Les amateurs de sport pourront profiter de nombreux parcours de golf exceptionnels situés à quelques minutes de route de l'appartement. Le club de tennis et de raquettes de la Villa Padierna est facilement accessible à pied.

Des bus locaux desservant Estepona, Puerto Banus, Marbella et Malaga partent de la route principale située à seulement 5 minutes de l'appartement.

Les services de taxi locaux sont très bons et peuvent être commandés par téléphone en plusieurs langues.

Des transferts privés depuis l'aéroport peuvent être demandés (moyennant des frais supplémentaires).

Comfortable apartment with all the amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Debbie Lee even provided breakfast treats for us upon arrival. Front and back decks to lounge and capture the sun. Located right off the beach so we could walk along the boardwalk along the coast each morning. Lots of great restaurants nearby.My extended family was very comfortable here. Debbie Lee was very helpful in offering suggestions to enhance our stay. Lilliana kept the apartment spotless. We hated to leave and come home to the New England cold, but were happy to enjoy a warm, sunny month in Estepona.

This apartment is lovely and luxurious. The check in process with the owners and housekeeper is extremely smooth. The apartment has everything a family needs to make a great holiday. The terraces are a great size and perfect for relaxing either in the shade or sunbathing, whatever the time of day. The pool and bar and the gardens surrounding the pool are immaculate. There are around a dozen cafes and restaurants all within a 20 minute walk. Great holiday and great communication and tips from the property owners. Definitely a 10 out of 10 apartment.

Wonderful stay

Lovely apartment. The owner was in full communication with me, giving recommendations of places to go and restaurants to visit. She had thought of everything in the apartment to help us enjoy the stay. Close to the beach and walking distance to a couple of very nice places to eat. Fantastic apartment

Such a great place to stay. The apartment and it's facilities are all in excellent condition with lots of nice touches. Everything is as good as the pictures portray. Located within a couple of minutes of the beach (via a direct gate) with a close by restaurant and beach bar. Walking distance over a bridge to Cancelada for some great restaurants. Hosts answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble. Loved it!

Superb property with amazing outdoor space

Excellent advance communication and met as we arrived . Lovely property with a front and rear terrace and private hot tub . Lots of terrace furniture and a few seconds walk to the pool .it was a safe, clean and friendly scene around the pool. A few minutes walk to the beach and beach restaurants. A car is needed to get to main areas. All over far too quickly !

Fabulous apartment

Lovely apartment, very well equipped to a high standard and plenty of space inside and out, with the added bonus of a hot tub! The underground car parking space made access very easy. Lovely gardens and a lovely beach on your doorstep. Debbie was so helpful and gave us lots of information about the apartment and local restaurants. Would highly recommend, we all had a lovely time!

Absolutely wonderful

We had a really positive experience. The apartment was really spacious and the 3 patios were absolutely wonderful. Having a lifeguard on duty was really great as we could relax knowing our kids were safe in the pool. The lift down to the underground car park was a real help especially as we had a buggy. At night the complex is so quite which was ideal for us. The owners were always on hand to assist with any queries. I would highly recommend this apartment. We loved it so much we have re booked for next year.

Beautiful holiday apartment

We went as a family of 5, with 3 generations, the apartment is gorgeous and so well appointed and modern , it had absolutely everything needed from kitchen implements to hairdryers. Debbie is a wonderful host and was available to answer any query. The terraces at front and two levels at back were spacious and had loungers, tables and chairs on each. It was the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in. It also had a hot tub which was an added bonus as we were a minute from the beach and a few steps from the pools. There are various restaurants, new hotels and shops nearby to explore and the apartment is a short drive from estepona town, puerto banus and Marbella. I would certainly stay there again in a heartbeat.

Stunning apartment

Thanks to Debbie for a beautiful well equipped apartment with everything you could need for a relaxing break, with plenty of places to visit (car required) if you feel like being more outgoing.The use of a hot tub was an added bonus. Debbie is very helpful and easy to contact if there are any issues. Thankfully, there weren't any. Also thanks to Esme who was very prompt on our arrival, departure and assistance in showing us around. There are shops and restaurants within a short stroll. The beach is around 500 yards walk and the newly installed boardwalk stretching for miles is great for walking as far or as little as you like. All in all, excellent.

Excellent Estepona

This apartment is wonderful. Beautifully decorated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Amazing outside spaces with hot tub for 6. Stayed with our family of 4 children aged 17 to 24. Opposite the Villa palmero tennis club where we played Padel tennis, walk to the beach with walkable bars and restaurants, good for golf and used the 4 sets of clubs at aoartment. Walk over the road to more reasonably priced restaurants in Cancelada. Esme saw us into property and Debbie the owner was always available to answer questions and give advice on best restaurants and beaches/places to visit. Complex very well looked after and pools and gardens always clean. A really relaxing break on the Costa del Sol. Would highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Highlights included the clean, well-maintained environment and confortable beds and quality linens. We appreciated the thoughtful basics stocked in the fridge, like milk, eggs, bread, and butter. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The condo complex is pleasant and secure, with an elevator and underground parking. The beach is just a short walk away and very beautiful. A couple of minor downsides: the BBQ wasn’t ready to use, and the hot tub was not heated and needed more water. We had to fill it ourselves and add some products to improve the water quality to fully enjoy it. However, our host Debbie was incredibly responsive and compensated us for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. In October, keep in mind that the condo pool is closed, and many beachside restaurants are also closed, which makes for a very calm and quiet atmosphere.

Look no Further !! Fabulous stay .

We had the great fortune of a 10 week stay at this property. The apartment was clean, modern and contained all the necessary items for a long term stay. The patios were very spacious and well furnished making it easy to relax in the sun/shade or enjoy a meal with our family and friends. The building itself is well maintained and felt very secure. The location was terrific with access to the wonderful seaside walkway and the many restaurants/bars adjacent to it. The main highway was close and we enjoyed many visits to the nearby towns ( Ronda, Marbella, Estepona to name a few) .There are also numerous restaurants a short walk into Cancelada. The owners Debbie and Gordon were excellent to deal with. They responded promptly to all of our inquiries and provided fantastic information regarding the various golf courses in the area as well as providing suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The extras they provided upon our arrival were truly appreciated . The local contact Esme met us promptly upon arrival was also wonderful to deal with answering our many questions about the area and Spain in general. Pride of ownership in this property is evident and there is no doubt the owners are committed to ensuring their guests have a terrific stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a holiday in the Costa del Sol.

Best apartment we’ve stayed in.

What a wonderful 10 nights we’ve had in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is of a very high standard, very spacious, both indoor and outdoor (family of 4 adults stayed) and there is everything you would need during your stay, plenty of towels (including beach towels), hair straightener’s, hot-tub, terrestrial TV channels, outdoor furniture and a car parking space which really made it feel a home away from home. Debbie, the property manager provided us with clear instructions prior to our stay and remained in touch during our stay, providing us with useful information, including restaurants etc. Esme was also there to welcome us with a few ‘fridge fillers’ such as water, milk etc. which was really nice following a long journey. The apartment is within walking distance of a handful of lovely traditional bars and restaurants in Cancelada and is a short drive to Estepona (15 mins) or Marbella (25 mins) if you want to go further afield. There is also a tennis centre next door, which was great having a tennis coach in our party. The apartment had tennis balls and rackets too, so we didn’t have to hire them. 2 sets of golf clubs are also available to use should you wish to do so. The communal pool is also stunning, set within beautiful well kept grounds with plenty of space to sun bathe and a Chiringuito (open July and Aug). The long stretch of beach is also just a short stroll from the apartment where a handful of Chiringuito‘s will keep you fed and/or watered. Hi, we are Debbie and Gordon Lee. We have two grown up children and a gorgeous golden retriever. Both of us are born and bred in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We initially loved the look of the La Terrazas de Costalita complex from the outside and when we walked into the gorgeous tropical gardens and saw the pools we were smitten. We love that it is so close to the beach and the location is peaceful, yet busier hot-spots are not far away if you feel like a change of scene. The amount of outside space the three private terraces give us is amazing and it is good that there are sunny or shaded areas front and back during sunny days to suit our different preferences! The private parking space is a good size too.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We may only use the lift on arrival and departure if we have heavy cases, but it is a bonus to have it. The 24 hour gated security is both discreet and reassuring. The gardens surrounding the pools look magical when they are lit at night. We have spent some time and effort making this our 'other home' and the generous size of the apartment, with all bedrooms being ensuite, plus all the private outside space we have, really does make this feel like a special place for us. We hope you also enjoy your stay here.
