Beautiful home! Everything we could need was here & provided (coffee kcups, spices, laundry detergent, etc). Great location to everything we wanted to do. It was a lovely place to come back, relax & hang out as a family.

Great stay centrally located near Hilton head and Savannah. A beautiful playground park nearby, convenient grocery store and other amenities just around the corner. Manager Michelle exceeded our expectations by always being there to help us when needed. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

Terrific stay for our visiting staff members! Property manager is an awesome, long-time local and a wonderful resource for anyone lucky enough to stay in this great property. Looking forward to having our staff return next summer!

This home was immaculate and comfortable. The grocery store and restaurants were within walking distance. Neighbors friendly. Our group of 3 adults cane into Blufton for a family reunion and this home was perfect. The host was responsive to a change in our plans - would definitely book again.

My family and I were extremely pleased with this beautiful, well kept home. It had everything we needed, very clean and nice neighborhood. I had a couple questions when I was reserving the property and the host responded so quickly. Even during our stay, host made it incredibly easy to communicate with if I had additional questions and was so kind. There was nothing wrong that I had to reach out, it was mainly more of a welcome gesture from the host. I highly recommend this property and will not hesitate to book again in the future. It truly is a lovely home and fantastic host!

The host was welcoming. Michelle was welcoming, responded quickly and was helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The location was great for access to attractions in Bluffton, Hilton Head and Savannah. The property was well-stocked with what we needed, but is beginning to show wear. Mattresses appeared older, thin and soft and not very comfortable for us or our guests.

Thank you for your review. When you text Michelle about “your guests” you only mentioned about there not being any box brings. Nothing about thin or worn. I’ve attached your message. Hi Michelle. Just fyi.. not sure you can do anything about this. This is Michelle at the Wells house. We had some guests overnight last night and discovered that both guest room beds have no foundations/box springs. There is just a mattress sitting on slats. This made them very uncomfortable and basically unusable. We had to stack both mattresses on top of each other in order to make a somewhat functional guest bed. When you booked the property there were only 2 guests listed and you never mentioned about having any guests sleeping over, regardless our reservation was with you and your husband. I am sorry they were uncomfortable. We have never had anyone complain about the 2 guests beds being uncomfortable or that they were platform beds/no boxsprings. Michelle said that you were easy to communicate with and a pleasant person. I am happy that you and your husband were comfortable and happy with your stay and that you enjoyed the property.

This was a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space and storage. the property manager was excellent in communication. plenty of appliances and spices available in the kitchen. Great, quiet neighborhood. great place!

Perfect little stay

House was clean, updated, and walking distance to the community pool. Area was nice, little 10 minute drive to downtown Bluffton for some yummy food. Host was friendly and easy to contact. Were more than happy to help with a few special request. We will definitely be using this house again.

Great visit with family

Visiting Bluffton w my Mom and Sister to meet the new grand baby. Perfect accommodations and very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable living room and comfy beds. Missed some hand towels and basics (soap) in the bathroom but everything else was great.

Perfect last minute booking

We were SO lucky to find this home for our trip to Bluffton. Super quiet area, but close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The manager called me to confirm a few things, and we chatted for nearly an hour! She gave me lots of info on the local scene and things to do. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect house

Such a great house for our family. The decor was so pretty. It was so clean and the hosts were super responsive. I loved the storage in the house. The beds were SO comfortable, so much so that I came home looking for the same pillowtop for my own mattress. Can’t wait to stay again.
