This modern 2 bed 2.5 bath cottage features access to great community amenities including private beach access and the Shipyard beach club. Within the gates of Shipyard, enjoy world renowned golf courses, biking trails, restaurants, bars, spas, and the Sonesta Resort.

Dozens of restaurants offering up Hilton Head Island's famous local seafood, craft beer, and the HHI Distillery are a stones throw away. Shopping and site seeing are a walk or bike-ride away at Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park.

HHI's newest attraction, The Bank, is a short walk from our cottage. It features a local brewery, various food vendors, an expansive outdoor area and often live music

THE COTTAGE:
*Appointed with luxury amenities including cable TV's in the living area and bedrooms, Roku streaming stick in the living area, free high speed WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, and large outdoor private patio overlooking the Shipyard Golf Course.

*The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a homemade meal, including condiments, coffee, tea, and even child-safe plastic dinnerware.

*The open concept dining area located between the kitchen and living area features a dining room table with room to fit 4-6 people.

*The living area features a flatscreen television, access to the patio, and views of the beautiful Shipyard Golf Course.

*The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat-screen television with cable, and an en suite updated bathroom.

*The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat-screen television with cable, and an en suite bathroom.

*Towels, linens, soaps, shampoos, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent are all included and complimentary.

*Beach access at the Shipyard Beach is a 20-minute walk from our cottage. One beach parking pass and two gate passes are included. Shipyard boasts miles of bike paths, the Van der Meer Tennis Resort, and the Sonesta Resort.

*Shipyard Golf Club features 27 holes of the most spectacular golf views imaginable and was rated one of the finest layouts on the Champions Tour.
