Shipyard Cottage - Private Beach & Golf! Pet Friendly! Free beach chairs,towels.

This modern 2 bed 2.5 bath cottage features access to great community amenities including private beach access and the Shipyard beach club. Within the gates of Shipyard, enjoy world renowned golf courses, biking trails, restaurants, bars, spas, and the Sonesta Resort.

Dozens of restaurants offering up Hilton Head Island's famous local seafood, craft beer, and the HHI Distillery are a stones throw away. Shopping and site seeing are a walk or bike-ride away at Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park.

HHI's newest attraction, The Bank, is a short walk from our cottage. It features a local brewery, various food vendors, an expansive outdoor area and often live music

THE COTTAGE:
*Appointed with luxury amenities including cable TV's in the living area and bedrooms, Roku streaming stick in the living area, free high speed WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, and large outdoor private patio overlooking the Shipyard Golf Course.

*The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a homemade meal, including condiments, coffee, tea, and even child-safe plastic dinnerware.

*The open concept dining area located between the kitchen and living area features a dining room table with room to fit 4-6 people.

*The living area features a flatscreen television, access to the patio, and views of the beautiful Shipyard Golf Course.

*The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat-screen television with cable, and an en suite updated bathroom.

*The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat-screen television with cable, and an en suite bathroom.

*Towels, linens, soaps, shampoos, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent are all included and complimentary.


THE LOCATION:
*Beach access at the Shipyard Beach is a 20-minute walk from our cottage. One beach parking pass and two gate passes are included. Shipyard boasts miles of bike paths, the Van der Meer Tennis Resort, and the Sonesta Resort.

*Shipyard Golf Club features 27 holes of the most spectacular golf views imaginable and was rated one of the finest layouts on the Champions Tour.

*Hilton Head has been voted the #1 island in the country by Conde Nast Travel for 4 years in a row! There are 250+ restaurants and 24 golf courses on the island. We pack a lot on our beautiful 12 miles long by 5-mile wide piece of paradise. We are looking forward to having you stay with us! Book today!

The host was extremely accommodating! They were quick to respond, kind, respectful, and made us feel comfortable even before booking. The space was the perfect size for our mini-moon with our puppy. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We will definitely consider booking here again in the future!

What a great place to stay. Located in a very quiet neighborhood which was close to everything. Cottage/Townhome was clean. Stocked with nice dishes, kitchen utensils, toaster, blender (which was a plus) coffee pot. Washer and dryer was a plus along with beach chairs. We had a minor issue with the door lock and toilet which was handled immediately with the host. This will be our new place to stay at HHI. Our host Alex was available immediately for any questions we had. Great trip with friends!!

Such a great stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation and this cottage was absolutely great! It’s in the perfect place, very quiet and the beach access took the stress out of dealing with beach traffic. Communication with the hosts was great! We found our spot for future family beach stays.

Last minute trip

My daughter and I took a quick, last minute trip to HHI and we really enjoyed this condo. We love staying in Shipyard and this condo was perfect for our quick trip. We had a minor issue with some blankets and the owner was super responsive and took care of it very quickly! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Winter Break

Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and everything works. Takes 5 minutes to drive to beach parking and then walk to the beach in 5 minutes.

Great time

We enjoyed our stay at this property. By car, it’s a very easy drive to Coligny beach and the shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza. Our family enjoyed the location and did use the health spa for a facial. Alex was so responsive to any questions and check in was a breeze. Would return.

Excellent Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property in Hilton Head. The community this townhome is located in is incredible. There's walking and biking paths throughout, with tons of trees and beautifully maintained landscapes to shade you during your walks. The property itself was very clean and looks exactly how it's pictured. The property owner was very responsive to any inquiries we had leading up to and during our stay. I'm already counting down the days until we return!

Awesome stay

The property was clean and easy to get to. There was an issue with the gate passes, but when I contacted the property owner those got reset loved quickly. It was a great stay for us, our adult children and their spouses.

Golf Vacation

We booked our stay as a mini vacation to golf and attend the masters. This was the perfect location as we had a golf course right on property and it was close enough to attend the masters. The surrounding area was perfect with plenty to do. Alex was an extremely responsive host and their property did not disappoint. It was very clean, easy to get to, and had plenty of privacy. We will definitely look to book here again (even if we don't win masters tickets again!)

Quiet and cozy getaway

My sister and I shared the stay together, each w our own bedroom en suite. We love to walk. Lots of lovely paths. One walk is about a mile to Ciligny Beach, shops, restaurants, and grocery. Beach Club was about a mile and a half the other way. We also parked at the beach club and walked the beach. We plan to hopefully come back next year.

Quiet, comfortable & as advertised.

First time to HH Island an had a good time. The cottage was as advertised, and the low country was in full effect. Humidity that could be cut with a knife. Early morning drinking coffee on the back porch were relaxing a peaceful. 2 Alligators in the lagoon behind the property normally came out and sunned to get their day started also. (Chomper & Tango) Chomper is about 5-6ft and Tango is the smaller one at around 4ft. We had a good time safely watching them from the porch, plenty of pics and memories made.

Location, Location, Location

We enjoyed our stay at The Cottages. This property is close to everything...Coligny Beach, Putt-Putt Golf, Coligny Shopping Plaza and The Piggly Wiggly. The Shipyard/The Cottages is very nice and quiet. We will definitely be booking again. Thanks so much.

Great place

Very clean, all the amenities you would need, quiet, plenty of space. Only two suggestions. We were sent to 3 different places to get the gate pass. In your communication it would help if you have the name and address of the location to pick up the gate pass.Also , all 3 TV’s had different remotes, different apps etc. a written guide would be helpful. All in all, we will stay there again.
