Laura, Thank you for your kind words about the condo, communication, and location - we really appreciate that. We are sorry you had that experience with the alley. Like many larger cities, this is an ongoing and unfortunate situation that is outside of our control. The alley is not part of the building and is not private property, so our ability to manage it is limited. That said, whenever we are aware of concerns, we do report them to the city and do our best to stay on top of it. If you had let us know during your stay, we would have been happy to report it right away on your behalf. Regarding the towels, we are sorry it felt like there were not enough or that the setup was not ideal for your needs. We have never received this feedback before, but it is still helpful and something we will take into consideration as we continue to improve the space. Thank you again for your stay and for sharing your feedback!

Your feedback on the walkability and safety of our area is much appreciated and serves as a fantastic guide for future guests. Hearing that you would definitely stay again is the highest compliment we can receive. We look forward to welcoming you back to NOLA in the future.
