This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. - Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

- Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

- There is No Usable BBQ grill on Property, however, a BBQ grill with Propane can be Rented and Delivered for your Entire Stay by a Third Party Company for an Additional Charge. If you May Be Interested, Please Let Us Know and We Will Provide You More Information for Setup.


- The Home Requires 1 Small Step for Access.

- Please Observe Quiet Hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

- Unregistered Guests are Not Allowed.

- Packages shipped directly to the home/resort address have a $10 handling fee. The resort does not accept packages over 30 pounds in weight, oversize boxes or perishables. Handling fees are payable at the Resort Front Desk.

- Pets are NOT allowed.

- Smoking is Not Allowed Inside.

- Parties and Events are Prohibited.

- Must Be at Least 25 Years Old to Book.

- No Need to Worry if you Arrive Late, We Offer Keyless Pad Entry! Additional Details will be Provided upon Booking.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
