Le confort moderne de la maison avec un accÚs facile à la beauté naturelle du Maine

Centre Pond Retreat est situé sur la rive nord de Centre Pond dans la ville de Sangerville avec un accÚs facile sur une route de gravier bien entretenue de 2 milles. Le camp est situé sur l'eau avec une vue magnifique depuis le salon et les deux chambres. Il est à seulement 8 miles de Dover-Foxcroft, à 14 miles de Dexter et à 7 miles de Guilford. Il y a un hamac, un foyer extérieur, un gril à gaz, 2 tables de pique-nique, un quai en aluminium de 30 pieds avec escaliers et 2 kayaks disponibles sans frais. Le camp a une petite chambre au premier étage avec un lit superposé double / plein, et une grande mezzanine au deuxiÚme étage avec un lit king size et un coin salon. Il y a une salle de bain complÚte au premier étage et 1/2 salle de bain au deuxiÚme étage. Le camp dispose également d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée comprenant une cuisiniÚre à gaz / cuisiniÚre, un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four grille-pain et tous les petits appareils dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour profiter de votre séjour. Il y a beaucoup de plats, couverts et ustensiles. Une laveuse / sécheuse superposées est au premier étage. Il y a deux téléviseurs LED à écran plat (53 "et 46") avec DIRECT TV. Et WiFi gratuit! Tous les draps, serviettes de bain et torchons sont fournis. Pour les nuits fraßches dans le Maine, il y a deux radiateurs à gaz muraux.

Il y a une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau publique sur l'Ă©tang Centre pour ceux qui souhaitent apporter leur propre bateau.

Beautifully appointed and a lovely setting. No need to bring anything but groceries. Close to Peaks Kenny State Park. Just sit, relax and enjoy the view.

Center Pond vacation

Had a great time. Pond is serene. If you love the outdoors (we dayhiked parts of the AT and Baxter) this is a great base camp with almost all the comforts of home. Don't miss Stutzmans for brunch!

Relaxing and Beautiful!

A beautiful cabin, fully stocked! The communication with the owners was excellent. A perfect get-a-way for some R&R. Definitely recommend staying here! So peaceful with the pond, the loons, fishing, kayaking, etc. Perfection!

Beautiful Cabin Retreat

My family and I spent a week here and had an amazing time. We enjoyed the quiet pond everyday! We were almost always the only ones in the water. The kayaks we such a wonderful bonus. Still close enough to get what you need but secluded enough to relax and not worry about the rest of the world. We had one of our best vacations here.

Great Lake Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Ralphs place. We swam and used the kayaks. Great floats available for our use. The kids loved fishing from the dock. Kitchen had anything that you could imagine you might need. We used the grill everyday and enjoyed the campfire. Peaceful area on quiet pond

Quiet, charming retreat.

We found the perfect place with the right combination of relaxation and outdoor activities. Center Pond is peaceful, the house is immaculate, and there is plenty to do in the area. Our busy NJ family (including teenagers- tough critics) had a wonderful week in this well stocked, charming home. We even enjoyed the long winding back roads to get to groceries and ice cream!

Perfect Retreat

This cottage was the most beautiful we have ever rented in both Vermont and Maine. The attention to providing guests the very best is appreciated! This trip we were able to visit a few new hiking/climbing spots in the area. There is so much to be explored in this quiet, beautiful area. The view every morning and evening on Center Pond is well worth the trip from NJ!

Loved this place

The cabin and property were beautiful. It was clean, very well appointed and comfortable. Ralph was quick to respond to any questions or issues that arose. The kayaks, dock, hammock and firepit were the icing on the cake and where we spent most of our time given the perfect weather we had for the week. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here! The house was spotless and was the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the loft bedroom with the sitting area that looks over the lake - so peaceful to relax. Fishing off the dock was really good and kept everyone entertained. The dock gets great morning sun and in the afternoon the backyard has plenty. The water is shallow around the dock and fun for playing and exploring. We took the kayaks out a few times. The loons were frequent visitors and we could not get enough of them. The eagle visited, too! Groceries were about 15 minutes away and the kitchen is well equipped if you prefer to have meals at home. Ralph was easy to communicate with and very thorough with his information, and we are grateful for him sharing his home!

Great week on the pond!!

Beautiful camp on beautiful private lot. Gorgeous sunrises and some sun in yard all day. Camp has all supplies and comforts of home. Ralph is very responsive to any questions and is available by email or text. Easy quick drive to market or for ice cream
great location. Would definitely rent again.

Very good vacation

Absolutely loved our stay at the cabin on the lakefront! The location was breathtaking with stunning views of the serene lake right from the cabin's doorstep. The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Waking up to the peaceful sounds of nature and enjoying the beautiful sunsets made our stay truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Five stars all the way!
