Une villa propre et bien équipée attend votre arrivée

Le ft 1500 sq.. Plan d'Ă©tage ouvert et 300 sq. Ft. Terrasse sont parfaits pour se dĂ©tendre pendant les vacances. Cette villa exceptionnellement propre contient tout ce dont vous aurez besoin loin de chez eux: laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, internet sans fil, 2 HD TV, jouets de plage, et bien plus encore. Tout ce que vous devez faire est de emballer vos vĂȘtements!

La chambre principale a un lit king et un siÚge d'amour qui se ouvre sur un lit double. Le capitaine de bain a été récemment rénové et il ya beaucoup de serviettes propres disponibles. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux et se connecte à l'autre salle de bain récemment rénové. Les deux chambres sont équipées de ventilateurs de plafond pour votre confort.

La grande salle est l'endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e d'activitĂ©s. Choisissez un film de notre bibliothĂšque de DVD et profiter de la tĂ©lĂ©vision grand Ă©cran, confortable avec un livre de notre bibliothĂšque ou profiter de l'un des nombreux jeux / puzzles. En parlant de jeux, il ya mĂȘme une table de baby-foot disponibles! Et quand ce est l'heure du coucher, le canapĂ© dans la grande salle se ouvre sur un lit queen.

La cuisine est Ă©galement rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© avec rĂ©frigĂ©rateur nouvelle, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse et lave-vaisselle. Il ya mĂȘme un bar pratique qui peut accueillir quatre. Ou pour les gros repas, utiliser la salle Ă  manger avec des siĂšges pour six. Le grĂšs cĂ©rame dans toute la cuisine, hall, salle Ă  manger et deux salles de bains ajoutent une touche de classe.

Et si vous ĂȘtes encore Ă  travailler sur ce bronzage, sortir sur la grande terrasse avec banc intĂ©grĂ©, nouveau gril Ă  gaz, table et de nombreux siĂšges.

Il ya cinq piscines dans la zone Grant de la Reine Ă  utiliser et vous ĂȘtes Ă  seulement dix minutes Ă  pied de la plage. Si la marche n'est pas votre truc, vous pouvez faire du vĂ©lo ou utiliser le service de navette Free Dunes Buggy qui vous emmĂšnera partout Ă  Palmetto Dunes et Shelter Cove (Avril - Septembre).

What a great condo. Exceptionally clean! And I appreciated that it was not overly decorated with a million knick-knacks. It's a lovely calming environment. We watched football with the sliding glass door open and the screen pulled close. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 10 years and this unit is top 3 stays. And bonus, very close to the General Store for walks to get coffee or late night ice cream. We will return to this condo. Ryan was easy to work with and responsive to questions etc.

Only draw back was it says towels and wash clothes are provided but one for not even each person was not enough and no trash bags for kitchen so I had to go buy someThat was the only thing everything else was wonderful

Older home but very roomy. The plastice mattress covers need to be replaced with ones that are softer, less noisy and cover the entire mattress - they made sleeping very uncomfortable. Every move you made sounded like you were on a bag of chips and they nor the sheet stayed in place. Also, could use some black out curtains in the bedrooms. Neighborhood needs better signage and walkways to find pool and beach. High volume of traffic from cars, bikes and people. Way too busy and not a peaceful atmosphere.

April trip

It was as advertised. Very clean, absolutely no bugs anywhere, lol. Bikes were available but we didn’t get a chance to ride them this time unfortunately. Unit was very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed it a lot. Spouse took a short early morning walk to the General store each day and the beach was close. Nothing to complain about!

Spacious and Convenient!

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday, and everything was just as advertised. My family of 4 was able to spread out in the spacious living room, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra drip coffee maker that was provided! The location in Palmetto Dunes was also fantastic. My toddler was very capable of the 10 minute walk to the beach, and we appreciated being near the pickleball courts, general store, and bike rental place. Our host was also very easy to get in touch with, and very accommodating when we arrived early. We would gladly stay here again!

Perfect beach get away!

This is a perfect location inside Palmetto Dunes, it is so family friendly with lots to do! Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay in this condo! Easy beach access you can get to by driving or riding bikes! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Great condo in a great location

My husband, baby and I stayed here while visiting family on the island during Christmas-time. We had such a great stay! The condo was clean, quiet, in a great location, and had everything we needed! We definitely took advantage of the beach access being so close and saw a few gorgeous sunrises during our stay. We will definitely book again for future visits to HHI!

Great times in Hilton Head

My recent in Hilton Head was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this would be a memorable getaway. The property we chose exceeded our expectations in every way, making it the perfect choice for a weekend retreat. First and foremost, the location was idyllic. Nestled in a serene and picturesque setting, the property offered breathtaking views of nature. The property itself was immaculate. It was evident that the owner took great pride in maintaining it. Cleanliness was top-notch, and every corner of the space was thoughtfully organized. The interior was tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the well-equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the open layout allowed for easy socializing with our group while cooking. Additionally, the Hilton Head had various entertainment options, from board games to a high-speed internet connection, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Queens Grant Villa! The place was clean and comfy and well stocked! The only thing we missed was a salad spinner:) great to have the bbq to use as well. Beds were wonderful. Everything was easy from booking to check out. Communication with owners was quick and positive. This villa is in a perfect spot in Pametto Dunes. We would not hesitate to book again.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed and more (extra blankets, well-stocked kitchen, board games, bicycles, etc.) The walk to the beach from the condo was not bad at all (about a half mile), but there is a parking lot right at the beach entrance that you can drive to and eliminate the walk altogether! We ended up doing this most mornings and it was as simple as can be. We did have one major hiccup on our trip- our 12 year old son broke his leg while skimboarding on the beach. We still had several days of vacation left, and he really wanted to stay, so we did... and we were pleasantly surprised to find that we could rent a beach wheelchair at the Outfitters so that he could still enjoy being outside and looking at the ocean! So we were pleased not only with the condo, but with the whole Palmetto Dunes resort area and what was offered there. It was certainly a vacation we will never forget!

Our stay at Palmetto dunes

We loved the condo. Rode our bikes to the beach. So close. Had hoped to play pickle ball but courts very busy, as they are everywhere. Host very responsive. Large condo, lots of room and very well equipped. Very clean as well.

We're originally from the midwest and started vacationing in Hilton Head in the late 90's. Needless to say, it didn't take long for us to fall in love with the weather and everything HHI has to offer.

We now live just outside of Charlotte, NC with our two beautiful daughters - the driving force behind our villa purchase in 2013. We couldn't think of a better way to spend our time together than building sand castles, riding our bikes and dining at the wonderful restaurants.
