The Space:

From the moment you arrive, the charm is undeniable. A front entry patio with seating welcomes you into the open-concept interior, where the living room sets the stage for cozy nights with an oversized sectional, a seating area for four in front of the gas fireplace, and a smart TV mounted above. Just steps away, the classy farmhouse kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, pot filler over the stove, and counter seating for three—making meal preparation as enjoyable as dining together. Gather around the stunning dining table for eight, perfectly positioned between the kitchen and living space, to share meals and memories.



Upstairs, the loft game room brings everyone together with shuffleboard, an arcade machine, smart TV, and doors leading out to a private balcony with seating and a dreamy swinging daybed. Outdoors, the patio offers comfortable seating, a hot tub for evening soaks, and a grill, while the deck includes lounge seating and a dining table for eight. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a loft/gameroom with 2 twin size murphy beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



The home also includes a half bathroom with a single vanity and a full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Circular driveway parking for 6 vehicles available, plus room for trailers/boats.

• This home is pet friendly. We kindly ask that pets stay off the beds and furniture, and that you clean up after them outside.
