This place accompanied my group of 9 very well. The pool was big and the distance from all the attractions were pretty close. Taylor was a great host and communicated quickly and efficiently with me. If you have a group and are looking for an easy stay in a safe place I’d recommend here!

Some of the reviews scared us but don’t listen to them. It’s in a safe area with some gorgeous properties. The pictures don’t even show how beautiful and enclosed the back of the property really is. It’s absolutely beautiful. My friends and I loved our stay at this house and would love to come back.

Great Backyard

Greatback backyard to hang out in weather its in the pool/hot tub or just the laying out in the sun. Space was very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Was a quite little neighborhood

If I could give this a ZERO- I would. The pictures of this home are absolutely nothing like the home. The bed in one of the bedrooms has a cracked frame with Velcro holding it. There is a busted lamp in that room. There is no cover outside in the back, the chairs are dirty, and the pool was too cold to swim in. There is trash in all of the landscaping, and there our roosters that are loud day and night. On our third day there, sewer gas was coming up in The bathroom, and made being there unbearable. Owner claimed he came to check it out and acknowledged smell by saying he didn’t think it was that bad and we should just keep the bathroom closed. This made the smell so bad that no one could use the bathroom, and the sewer smell started to come into the bedrooms. We ended packing and leaving at 2am. Upon following the rules of starting the laundry, we found bed bugs. I took pictures and we put one in a plastic container and left it for owner too see. When shared with owner, I was called a liar and just trying to get money back. I did ask for a refund. The house is 100% a bait and switch. Owner-Taylor- did respond with concerns but by the end I was called a liar and trying to get money from him.

This place is cute and has a very nice swimming pool and hot tub area. Bedrooms are great, loved it.

This location is about 15 minutes to the beach and to downtown. Bath towels, spices, pots, pans, sheets are all provided. Taylor is great and only came by about once, leaving us to enjoy his property! The pool/hot tub, lounge chairs are all great and in a nice “oasis” of a backyard. If i were to ever come back to Fort Lauderdale, i would definitely look into this property or other properties that Taylor has!

This a nice house it can use some upgrades easy to get to from the airport my family and I are a bit disappointed dryer wasn’t working reached out to owner he said someone was coming to take a look at it but they never showed and jacuzzi wasn’t working also 1st 2 days there was hot water but the last night there no hot water other then that not a bad place to spend a few days

Avoid this home

I don't usually write a review, but due to the condition of this place mandated a review so others are not subject to same. The floors were very dirty. Our socks were black from dirt. There were 3 clothes hangers, coffee filter still in coffee pot. Everything was cheapest (toaster, micro, silverware, bedside tables, etc). Refrigerator had no light. Our guest BD had one outlet. Home located in Sketchy neighborhood with a fatal shooting 6 blocks away. 3 of 4 TV remotes not working (broke or no batteries). Chickens and peacocks roaming the area. A/C froze up but was fixed the next day. Our master bedroom had an updated shower but there were no towel racks, nor outlet near sink (safety issue)The owner brought us missing items (wash clothes, pot holders, hand towels mop, broom). The owner setup a time with us to show the house to a prospective buyer however no one showed up and no phone call/email/text from owner. These are a few of the examples of state of this home.

Nice but could use some upgrades/updates

Overall the house was clean and spacious. The pool and jacuzzi were exactly as pictured: clean, warm and refreshing. My two mains issues were the beds were not comfortable and the bathrooms were small. There were not enough outlets in the rooms, so bring a power strip for your electronics.

Great experience

I was in a bind on Thanksgiving due to a horrible experience with a different property. Reached out at 11pm on thanksgiving night and was in the house 30 minutes later. Absolutely great house, great service. Def would stay here again.

Glad I chose this option instead of my other stays!

One of the best places my family and I have stayed at, would definitely recommend, 10 out of 10. Everything looked just like the pictures except for some furniture that was replaced but it was still better. No complaints whatsoever. Overall an amazing experience.

Review on the house

Hi just wanted to start of with that the house was amazing! Really nice and quiet area and had a amazing time with my mother and close friends. Jacuzzi and pool was amazing and clean but the long branches on the side , were in the pool so we had to go out our way and bend it out the way and from inside the pool. One of the appliances was not working well Such as the bathroom next to the kitchen the toilet handle was missing a piece so we couldn’t really use that bathroom because the toilet wouldn’t flush the water down but we definitely made it work with the second bathroom. Other then that i will be recommending this amazing place.

Great space

The over all experience was fantastic! The space was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were clean. The only thing is there were some appliances that didn’t work which was a little disappointing. Also the furniture outside( the pillows/ furniture padding ) could have been washed or replaced. Wasn’t a huge deal because there was plenty other seating. Other than that we loved our stay ! Thank you

awful experience... we have almost all 5 star reviews. this guest and his friends tried to throw a party in my home .I tried to stop them but it was to late I would not recommend this guest. he got angry at me and promised to write a fake review to make me look bad, I tried to remove the review but the review policy is not accommodating to us hosts. thank you taylor please read all of our reviews they are awesome. thank you taylor

Not a very accurate listing

When we first arrived, after the check in time the cleaning crew was still in house which is odd because check out time is 10am so that gives them plenty of time. We had no where to go so we had to hang outside while they finished cleaning. Around the pool was rusting and the chairs were oddly screwed into the deck so you can’t move them. The kitchen does not come with basic cooking accessories and the beds have seen better days. Location was pretty close to beaches and such but I think it could use some love before renting it out again.

Birthday trip

The is a 3 bedrooms and 2 vathrooms appartment as stated. They were a couple of bedsheets and pillows that were not cleaned. The second bathroom was damaged in need to be fixed. The pool is a little bit dirty but this is caused by the many beautiful trees that are around it. The jacuzzi is working perfectly even though its cover might not look clean. My big concern was the numerous iguanas seen all around the pool and the jacuzzi. I know that reptiles are part of florida but I don't like them. The owner is very responsible. During my time in this place, the neighbor is very calm. The house is really 15 minutes away from FLL and that was great. I did enjoy myself. Overall, the place is ok but the price is expensive.

Not luxury. In a very dangerous area, neighbors were makimg drugs under a tent of mattresses.

Taylor advertised this house as a ”luxury resort” but it was the furthest thing from luxury. The house sits in a very dangerous area and in fact one of our uber drivers said “you guys are in the slums.” We did not feel welcomed by the neighbors as they said “why are they here they are not black.” One of my friends tried to adjust the shower head, and it just fell off. Another stopped the ceiling fan, and it fell revealing that duct tape was the only support the fan had. Looking over the fence, we could see the neighbors cooking drugs under a tent made od mattresses. This property is not at all as advertised. The beds are also awful, as well as the pullout couches. We sat in the chairs by the pool, and they immediately ripped and we fell through. The hot tub also turned a brownish-green every night. When I asked Taylor when the chairs would be fixed, he did not give me a time and instead, just said, “I’m working on it.” Taylor also has fake security cameras installed around the house. Do not rent from this scum bag.

SPRING BREAK NIGHTMARE.. NEVER EVER RENT TO THESE KIDS..BROKE EVERY RULE IN THE BOOK.. the worst experience ever had a big party in my back yard . broke my doors broke my furniture stole all my towels trashed my kitchen broke my sealing fan if i have note every detail it would take me all day. i try to let spring breakers rent my homes .but because of this guy i might stop doing that. please read all my reviews and you will understand that this review is a big fat lie. i claimed his deposit and the guest had the nerve to get angry. i had more than 1000 dollrs worth of damage. i go out of my way to make sure all my guests are super happy in my home. but when this happens i cant do to much about it. thank you taylor

Great Location and Yard!

Our group had a wonderful time at this home. We spent most of our time out in the yard enjoying the pool and the sunshine. The house was a perfect fit for the 10 of us. While it did not come stocked with much (only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and paper towels), we did not mind purchasing it ourselves and leaving the extras. Beds and pull out couches were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again, it was very close to everything we wanted to do in the area, super cheap uber rides and right around the corner from Funky Buddha Brewing Company. Thank you again for accommodating us last minute!
