For privacy the walkout basement has an outside entrance, private deck, fireplace, grill and locked door from upstairs. No washer/dryer or stove/range.

Option for groups of 6-8: Choose the main story that sleeps 6 guests, 3beds/3bath (2K/1Q, 3 in suite baths) with 2 twin cots available, 2 tubs, 1 shower-tub combo, 2 walk-in showers and large washer and dryer. Upstairs living area is an open floor plan design for entertaining. Kitchen has a gas stovetop/oven and wall of cabinets, pantry, large island for 4 and table for 4. For your privacy the basement stair door is locked with no access upstairs or downstairs.

Options for groups up to 12: Choose the entire house for 8-12 guests (4K/1Q/4 in suite baths) with 2 tubs, 2 shower-tub combo, 2 walk-in showers and large washer and dryer. Enjoy 2 living areas, 2 fireplaces, 4 decks and plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Upstairs living area is an open floor plan design for entertaining. Kitchen has a gas stovetop/oven and wall of cabinets, pantry, large island for 4 and table for 4. The fully efficient walkout basement features 1 King bed, full bath and 1 couch (not pullout). A kitchenette with a large sink, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave.
