Villa de luxe privée

La luxueuse Villa Caneva située dans le village de Tavronitis construit sur une petite colline appelée Debla. La vue est tout simplement incroyable, l'air paisible et calme idéal pour la détente. Tavronitis est l'un des paysages balnéaires les plus enchanteurs de l'ouest de la Crète. Il est situé à 20 km de la ville de Chania, à 39 km de l'aéroport et à 9 km de Plataniàs, la station balnéaire la plus cosmopolite de toute la préfecture.
La zone était appelée "Caneva" pendant l'occupation turque. Plus tard, certains habitants l'ont baptisé Tavronitis, après que sa rivière impétueuse ait traversé le village et balayant tout le long de son chemin. Aujourd'hui, le village est connu pour sa magnifique plage, ses eaux cristallines et sa beauté naturelle sereine.
Tavronitis est le premier village que vous rencontrez en entrant dans la province de Kìssamos et sa position permet un accès facile et rapide à certains des sites les plus importants et des plages pittoresques dans toute la préfecture, comme Mènies, Falàssarna, Elafonìssi, Soùgia, Paleòhora et Sfakià. Dans le village, vous trouverez des supermarchés, une clinique médicale, une pharmacie et un large éventail de restaurants et de cafés.

Villa se compose de trois niveaux. Le premier niveau comprend une grande chambre avec salon, deux salles de bains une piscine intérieure chauffée et Hamam.
Le deuxième niveau se compose d'un salon, une salle à manger avec, une cuisine entièrement équipée et une toilette. Le dernier niveau contient deux chambres et deux salles de bains.

Il y a un extérieur de 50-sq. m. piscine, où vous pouvez prendre un bain rafraîchissant, profiter de votre boisson tout en travaillant sur votre bronzage et de détente embrassé par une cour verte pleine de basses. À l'autre bout de la cour, vous trouverez un four à bois et un barbecue où vous pourrez préparer de délicieux plats.

Parking privé, chauffage et climatisation, TV satellite, service de blanchisserie / nettoyage à sec, coffre-fort et service de nettoyage. Qui plus est, un coiffeur, un manucure, un pédicure, ainsi qu'un spécialiste du soin du visage et du corps seront à votre service sur demande.

Wonderful stay at this villa. Great communication from the start. Pictures were exactly spot on! Place was clean with a beautiful view! We had a car so getting around was easy! Wonderful Home with a Wonderful Host!

We loved our stay! The house is 30 min from Chania and centrally located to access the most beautiful beaches. We loved having a spacious home in a quiet and authentic Greek town to spread out and relax. We used both pools daily and enjoyed the full kitchen. Michalis was there for our very need, from Covid tests to return home to car rentals, he set up everything we needed. Dream vacation!

Realy great

We stayed at Michalis house from 06/08 19 until 06/22 19. We enjoyed our stay verry much. The Villa is perfect, clean, calm and has a great view from the hill to the sea. Michalis assists us in every case. Either in doing a reservation at a restaurant for us or helped us as our son needed a doctor. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Michalis for all. We will come back. Beautiful villa with fantastic hospitality and care

This is a beautiful villa set on a hillside to catch the Cretan breeze, and the beautiful views out to sea. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets. Michalis and his Mum looked after us so well, providing us with lots of information about where to visit and delicious food from their organic farm. I don’t think we have stayed in any other villa where the hospitality, care and support has been so great. It is a short walk to the village shops which include a wonderful butchers, bakers and general store. It’s very easy to eat well here! We are a family of six and there was plenty room for us all, including the very generous outdoor pool and the indoor plunge pool. We had a wonderful holiday in this fantastic place.

Fabulous villa

This was our second time staying at this wonderful private villa. Situated in a quiet location with the most amazing views. The villa is immaculately presented , very clean and spacious. Close to beautiful beaches and cafés. Michalis and is mother ( the owners ) are very welcoming and easy to contact, leaving fresh fruit , milk etc on arrival.

Wish I could have stayed longer

I highly recommend this house. This is a beautiful location in Crete. Great view, great house, 20 min west of Chania (about 40 min from airport), 2-1/2 hours from Heraklion. Loved the pool. Michalis and his mother (who greeted us) were very good hosts. This is not a place in the thick of things, but I don't think people come to Crete for that. We do, however, still like our wifi, which was only accessible on the main floor, where the main router and repeater were located. I believe because the house is mostly stone and ceramic, it needs a better repeater or mesh system. Crete is now my favorite Greek destination.

Perfektes Haus, wenn man einen Leihwagen hat

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Schwimmbad, aber etwas abgelegen am Berg oben. Wir hatten aber einen Leihwagen und damit war das kein Problem. Vermieter hat immer direkt auf Fragen geantwortet, die Sauberkeit war toll und wir haben es geliebt dort zu wohnen. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, die Schwimmen können (Pool ist 1,65 m tief)

Excellent villa in a lovely location - Tavronitis has good tavernas, shops etc. and a pebble beach a short drive away. Michalis was a really helpful host. We hope to come here again soon!

Wonderful villa!

Wow what a view! Our group of six adults loved our stay. The family cooked us a Greek meal one night that was simply delicious, you can’t beat the hospitality! The villa was better than the description. We went to two different beautiful beaches, one had pink sand! The port of Chania is a short drive away and worth the trip.

Fabulous property

Super family property. We have had a lovely relaxing break at the villa. Amazing views , day and night. Clean , spacious and very well maintained villa with excellent pool and outside space. Highly recommended for holiday and the hosts were very professional and accommodating.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property is perfect for groups. We had 7 and we were thrilled with it. Spotless, perfectly equipped. Epitropakis heloed is with a very late check in, delivered the best ice cream bars and fresh baked cookies on different days of our stay. He even arranged to receive a package. He went above and beyond and I would stay here again in a minute! The location is great, not in a crowded area and close to everywhere you want to go. Thank you!

Michalis provided quick and detailed communications and it always felt that he wanted us to have the best possible experience. The villa facilities were excellent and true to the luxury description. Wonderful week at Tavronitis Villa

We stayed at the Caneva Luxury Villas for the first week in September. What a beautiful villa! The view from the kitchen balcony is truly amazing! The place is totally peaceful and serene. Giannis met us at the villa and gave us a tour of the property. He was kind and very helpful. Michalis was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Upon our request, Michalis ordered us a masseuse to give us massages at the villa. This truly was the best massage we have ever had! We recommend the restaurant "Argentina" which is about 10 minutes away by car. I can not forget to mention the most wonderful dish we received from the Giannis & Michalis's mother! Our guests and we truly enjoyed it. We were treated very kindly by the entire Epitropakis family. This is an extremely beautiful villa, and we would highly recommend it!

Extremely impressive, maintained to a very high standard with an excellent view.

We stayed here for 7 nights in luxurious conditions, spoilt with extreme hospitality by the whole family. The attention to detail was outstanding right from the offset. The privacy the villa offered was just what we required. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday that we would highly recommend.
