This luxury 3-bedroom and 3-bathrooms villa is in a quiet setting only 35 meters from the beach and private overflowing swimming pool with magical sea views from the west side of villa.
Live unforgettable moments of happiness and relaxation: private enclosed garden throughout with , trees, shrubs and flowers.The swimming pool with overflowing and is 32m2 (1,50m deep) and it is surrounded with grass and offering sea views from west side .Also there is children's pool .Separate sunbathing, relaxing and dining areas. High quality sun loungers,sofas and other casual seating.
The pool can be heated with an extra cost, ask us for more information.
The accommodation is on 2 levels: the ground floor has a spacious open plan living area with fireplace,comfy sofas,satellite t.V., music/radio, 1 dining area for 6- 8 persons,1 separate w.C. And fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and espresso/filter coffee maker.
The first master bedroom has a double bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with bath,w.c. The bedroom has glass with beautiful views to the swimminig pool.
The second Bedroom has twin beds(convertible to king).
On the first floor there is the third bedroom. Master bedroom has double bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. The bedroom has glass door to a large covered balcony with superb sea and mountain views and to the swimming pool.All bedrooms have their own air condioting units, are big enough and meet high standards of quality as the linens and matresses have been carefully selected.

Kitchen was well equipped. Nice place to sit outside to chill and eat, away from the sun. The loungers were great, by the pool, loved the little pullout tables. Comfy beds, also the bedding and towels. Really enjoyed the upstairs balcony. Sitting, and looking out at the Beautiful view of the beach. Cleaners came twice a week. Host Ria was so nice, making sure all was fine, and if we needed anything. Looked after us very well. Thank you Ria.

A lovely holiday. The Villa was perfect - well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, lovely outside area where we spent most of our time and a fab pool and sun lounging area. We loved the location, so close to the beach and local tavernas when you didn’t want to drive anywhere but not far from Chania or bigger towns/beaches for trips out. Ria was a great host, any queries or anything needed she responded very quickly and the gift of the local olive oil was much appreciated. The villa was cleaned regularly with fresh bedding and towels. We went to the 3 tavernas closest to the villa and all were excellent and had live music too. We also went to the beach and restaurant a 10 minute walk away to the left of the villa and the beach was sandy and the food excellent. A very relaxing and lovely family holiday.

The property was as advertised. Excellent location on the beach. Quiet. All the necessary amenities were present and worked well. Ria the manager was great!! I was able to communicate with her through What’s app. The kitchen is well supplied. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Highly recommend!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this holiday rental in Heraklion. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The terrace was a highlight—perfect for morning coffee with a great view of the sea. It’s in a quiet area but still close to local markets and beaches, which made exploring easy. The mix of modern amenities and a bit of local character made it feel welcoming and homely. Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Fantastic stay

My family group consisting of 4 adults and 2 children have just stayed at this fantastic villa. The villa itself is beautiful, very well equipped and superbly appointed. We were met by Ria the owner who gave us a very warm welcome and some very nice arrival gifts. The pool is fantastic and my grandchildren used it non stop throughout our stay. The location is great and the beach is just yards away and 3 nice bars/restaurants are a few minutes walk away, also a mobile baker and fruit van visit several times a week. We had transport and enjoyed our visits to Chania with its restaurants and sights. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone definitely worth 5+ stars.

Great stay in this villa with lofty interior & good outside living spaces, kept immaculately

Had a lovely week stay here. The owner Ria was very caring and hospitable. It’s a shame the immediate area is a bit scruffy with the building opposite & ones further along under construction, but the villa is well screened & quiet with fabulous views from the pool & upstairs bedroom . The local beach is stone & sand & good for a swim. The Local taverna on the seafront served good food including fresh fish (another local fish restaurant was not open until the next week). We walked 10 minutes to another taverna which was also very good. Kissamos was a short drive & we liked the town where there were more seafront restaurants. The famous beaches of Falassarna were 25 minutes drive. Elafonissi beach was a more difficult drive through an impressive gorge & well worth the trip. We wished we’d had longer!!!

Beautiful, well equipped villa in a perfect location

The villa itself is beautiful, probably one of the best we have stayed in. It was well equipped with good quality items and everything you could need during your stay. It was cleaned thoroughly twice a week with bathroom towels, beach towels and bedding changed on each occasion making it feel more like a hotel than a self catering Villa. Some basic food & cleaning items were also provided. The location is perfect, extremely quiet with sea views and 3 restaurants within easy walking distance even for my 80 year old parents. Fresh veg and bread (especially loved the sugared doughnuts!) were available daily from sellers who stopped right outside the villa gate. Plenty of other restaurants within 20 minutes drive. The local beach, which is opposite the villa was good for my husband & I but my elderly parents couldn't get in the water due to the stony beach which was such a shame as once you get about 6ft into the water it is beautiful soft sand.Ria was a perfect host, very informative in the lead up to the holiday and when we arrived she was attentive and a friendly face whenever we needed her but was never overbearing. She is understandably very proud of the Villa and Crete and was happy to share useful recommendations of places to visit. We had 2 very minor issues during the holiday and both were resolved extremely quickly and did not affect our stay at all. we had a fantastic holiday and would happily return to the villa if we get the chance. Thanks Ria we loved our visit.

We loved our stay in this beautiful and charming house, We loved the pool area as well as the built in barbeque grill. The Pictures and reality is matching perfectly. The property was absolutely clean and provided with welcome fruit and flowers. The owners are really great hosts and takes good care of their costumers and are avaible for any sort of questions or help you would need. The small car from the local bakery came round in the morning and provided us with fresh bread, doughnuts and pies. We brought a wheelchair for our daughter and it was no problem coming around in and outside the house. But if you like discos, bars and shops with souveniers you should not come here. This is a very peacefull area. We had a great vacation enjoying this area, which is developing and would recommend this to anyone who love travelling in Greece.

Wonderful villa, location and service

This is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed villa - a real sense of home away from home. The external areas are generous and impeccably maintained - with a gorgeous pool, seating areas, barbecue and grassed garden. The upstairs bedroom has a lovely terrace/balcony where you can watch the waves or the sunset and the mountains. The villa has everything you could possibly need and Ria - as everyone notes - is charming and kind - welcoming us and saying goodbye with gifts and great warmth. There are perfect touches such as the bath robes and the Oliva products and "starter groceries" for that urgent cup of coffee when you arrive! The location is ideal - 2 mins frm the beach with the warmest waters anywhere - like a bath on some mornings. The initial stony area is quickly rplaced by acres of shallow sand and swimming in the Bay under the mountains - amazing! Great tavernas right on the beach - a brilliant bakery (who also appear in a delivery van each day) a mile away and several local towns for greater variety. A really special and relaxing place! Thanks Ria - we loved it!

Relaxing stay at villa Posidonia

Only 35 minutes from Chania, Crete we found this villa for our summer holiday and stayed for a week. The villa is extremely easy to get to at the e corner of the small alley. The house has a very nice and clean pool surrounded by a well-kept garden that includes sunbeds, barbeque, dinner table and nice sofas. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ria, the host and she explained the practicalities of the house. During our stay we coordinated house cleaning and had small chats as she dropped by with fresh cretan cake. If you like a quite holiday away from a ton of tourist we highly recommend this location for your stay. There’s some of Greece most beautiful beaches here and the one 35 meters walk from the house is very clean without rocks, seashells, seaweed and other not so nice stuff from the water. There’s a few restaurants nearby with good food, and each morning the local baker parks outside the house for fresh bread and pastery to buy. We had a lovely relaxing time here and will miss the sunset view from the master bedroom balcony Best Regards Kim Nielsen

We have just returned from an AMAZING family holiday. Villa Posidonia was exactly as described in its listing and previous review speak the truth! It was so well presented inside and out. The villa itself is situated in a little place called Nopegia. Literally 30 seconds walk and you can visit two lovely tavernas, Ble and Porfina. We dined in both and enjoyed both but Ble was more relaxed and suited to us and the children. 35 seconds walk from the villa and you are on the beach! Sun beds are available. The beach is a mix of pebbles and sand. Once over the pebbles into the sea is it sandy. The sea was warm and pleasant to swim in. We spent most of our time relaxing by the villa pool. The outside area was just perfect for us. A 10 minute taxi ride takes you into Kissamos where there are supermarkets and restaurants. Each day a baker comes near to the villa so listen out for his car horn. He sells fresh bread and baked treats daily. We were also lucky enough to catch a fresh fruit van a couple of times too. This review is not complete without mentioning the owner, Ria. She was an AMAZING host. She greeted us at the villa when we arrived and prepared to have some food items like fruit, water and milk for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was able to arrange our transfer to and from Chania airport (about 45 minutes). The driver who collected us gave us his company details and we were able to send WhatsApp messages if we needed taxis. Ria was simply marvellous.

Wunderschönes Haus und sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort

Das wunderschöne Natursteinhaus war für zwei Wochen unsere Oase der Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Auch während des Aufenthaltes wurde geputzt und Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Ria ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin die immer erreichbar war und uns mit selbstgebackenen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt hat. Die Villa liegt unmittelbar am Strand und man kann herrlich ins Meer baden gehen. Auch für Ausflüge an die wunderbaren Strände Balos, Elafonissi und Falasarna liegt die Villa sehr gut. Fussläufig gibt es drei gute Tavernen. Alles in allem waren es für uns zwei sehr erholsame Wochen. Wir können das Haus nur Empfehlen !

Great for a relaxing holiday

Beautiful quiet spot, we loved having three tavernas just over the road right on the beach. Great sunsets from the balcony, plenty of shade, Ria was super welcoming and helpful, lovely touches eg shampoo and conditioner and basic condiments provided on arrival. Villa is beautifully decorated and maintained. Easy drive to beautiful Falassarna beach about 25 mins away. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Little oasis of calm

We had a wonderful time at Ria’s villa. The villa was very well equipped with everything you could ask for, from olive oil, juice, tea and coffee, milk, soaps and more. Everything was clean and the villa and pool looked even better in real life. The 3 tavernas were a 2 minute walk (Porfina was our favourite) which was great as you didn’t have to drive in the evenings. Ria brought freshly baked cakes and cookies during the week which were delicious and a very lovely touch. We didn’t swim at the Nopigia beach during our stay as it was quite windy on a few days, but spent most of our time at Falassarna beach which is an easy drive, and quite magical. You will need a car to get around. We highly recommend this villa for a chilled out holiday with stunning views.

Amazing property!

We absolutely loved this property it was in a perfect location to all the top beaches and not far from kissamos which had plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. The house and pool is stunning the kitchen was so well equipped if you are wanting to do some cooking. Ria the property manager was amazing and if we had any questions she was there to help. There was a baker that came by everyday and honked his horn out on street if you wanted fresh bread cheese pies Amazing donuts. Would stay here again if ever lucky enough to return to Crete. Thank you for sharing your amazing property.

Beautiful villa !!

Our week stay was perfect. Lots of space, great pool and view. Ria the host is nearby if you need anything she is very helpful. Attention to detail is amazing. There are 3 restaurants close by. It is a 10 out of 10.!!

Amazing villa

The property is beautiful and very well equipped with everything you could need. Ria was a great host, even bringing us cake. The location is quiet so a car is essential. The two restaurants nearby are both good. Would definitely recommend this property.
