We stayed in #59 and found the apartment to meet our expectations. The stairs were a killer at the start but got easier over time, lol. We could see the kids/ teens swimming comfortably in the pool down below. I really loved the space, with a segregated bedroom, ensuite, and walk through robe for adults was great and spacious. The location was perfect, close to everywhere we needed to go with a small supermarket close by.The only downfall we had was when the kids were happily enjoying a swim in the pool after fulldays of competitive sports every day, some permanent neighbours complained about their noise levels which really was not that loud, considering I was laying and sun baking and was told to turn the music down at 2:00pm in the middle of the day on the weekend too. Cannot fault anything else otherwise. Cost was also great for 10 nights. It was so good to escape the winter chills of Canberra slfor gorgeous sunny Townsville.

Very nice large apartment
The apartment is well appointed, everything we needed was there in the apartment. The location is in a nice quiet area, but if you are relying on public transport as we were, you have about a 15 minute walk to the bus stop.
Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the pool which was a bit disappointing, but we still had a enjoyable stay.
Brandi is a fantastic host, being a first time user of HomeAway I missed a few things on the web site. Brandi was able to assist, answering our questions promptly.

Great apartment great pool only thing it needs is a Bbq
We had a great time at this apartment it was central to everything very quiet area the pool was great the apartment is a great size the only negative would be it needs a bbq 😊

Given the price point of close to $100 per night for this three bedroom apartment we decoders against providing a bbq in the balcony as this would be more cleaning costs and also that there are bbqs available for use in the pool area downstairs :)
