Dazzling 5 Bedroom Pool Home 1/4 Mile To Disney

Superbe maison de piscine haut de gamme parfaite pour 3 familles. Trois suites principales: deux lits king cal avec salle de bains et une avec un lit queen. Deux chambres d'enfants avec lits superposés et deux espaces de vie.

Cuisine à aire ouverte partielle avec salle à manger et salon. La cuisine a des armoires à panneaux personnalisés, du matériel amélioré, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisinière / four, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et four à micro-ondes. La salle à manger peut accueillir 10 personnes et 4 personnes supplémentaires au comptoir en marbre. La maison a mis à niveau la moquette dans deux des suites principales et du parquet stratifié en bois sur mesure dans le reste de la maison.

Trois salles de bains magnifiquement améliorées dans la maison. Deux sont ensuites et l'autre située dans le couloir partagé par la chambre des deux enfants et l'une des chambres principales. Les salles de bains ont des sols en travertin et en marbre. Armoires à panneaux sur mesure, comptoirs en travertin / marbre et douches en travertin / marbre à motifs personnalisés.

Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plasma 43 pouces avec télévision par câble. Chaque salon a 50 'TV. Le salon principal dispose d'une connexion Internet haut débit sans fil et d'un service téléphonique national gratuit.

La salle de jeux est située dans le garage. Les jeux incluent ping-pong, air hockey, billard et jouets. Des poussettes, une chaise haute, un sac à dos et un siège d'appoint sont également disponibles pour les nourrissons et les tout-petits. Matelas pneumatique queen size. Laveuse et sécheuse Cour arrière a une belle piscine, barbecue en plein air au gaz naturel, ensemble de patio et chaises supplémentaires.

Tous les meubles, meubles neufs à partir de juillet 2013. Belle courte promenade à Disneyland & Disneyland tram. La maison a l’air et la chaleur centraux, regardez les feux d’artifice de Disneyland dans les cours arrière / avant.

Thank you for a comfortable stay! The property is well kept, roomy and plenty of space for our group of 8 adults. The house had everything needed and then some. Well stocked with anything you might need to prepare meals, enjoy the pool and stay entertained! Pool did not seem as warm as expected but the spa was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the parks!Thank you again and we will definitely keep you guys in mind for future travels!

The hand man we had to call multiple times was the best part, always answered and fixed the issue right away after the host stopped responding weeks before booking. House does need a little updating and the pictures do make it seem larger than it is. Cars were always parked in front of the house day and night so that was a little concerning not knowing who they were. One of the reasons we picked this was because they claimed to have a heated pool. Well it was only to 82 so very cold, but you could pay extra a day to make it warmer. Took the hot tub about 45 min to heat up, then it cuts off at one hour. So that kind of an issue. It was nice to have our own rooms for five people. But would probably book a different place next time. Won’t go into detail with all the issues at the house. Also, after you book you get separate emails and contracts to sign from the host. But be careful. They send all your info to the maid service and we got multiple hacker attempts and they seem real asking you to pay more. So please be careful and don’t lose your hard earned money. Other than that, the trip to Disney was lots of fun for our kiddos.

Host was good. House had a VERY strong smell of cleaner when we got there. Took hours for it to go away with all windows open. Gave 2 of my kids very bad headaches. One of the days they paved the roads and started at 6:30 am. My truck was stuck in the driveways for hours because of it. Would have been nice to know they were gonna pave the roads so I wasn’t stuck. The house was nice, beds were comfy. The smell of the cleaner was completely unbearable for hours though. I read another review about the same issue so it’s not the first time.

This property was a great location for our family vacation. We had 11 people in our group and this home was spacious for all of us to stay in comfortably. The house had great amenities. We had one small issue with a toilet, reported it and it was fixed within hours. Highly recommend this property especially for large groups.

Great location near Disney! Walk distance is true mile to main entrance. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful with very loud, but easy to use child alarms on door. Average furniture condition- good set up with 3 en-suites and 2 bunk bed rooms. Easy and quick communication with property manager for needs

Check in was easy. This home had a very nice kitchen. Our kids loved the pool! There were a lot of rules with Anaheim I had to agree to prior to the trip. We were very comfortable in the home. It is about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. We had a great vacation!

Can’t beat the location of the rental if visiting Disneyland. House itself could use some upgrades. A little beat up and it shows in every room. The pool was nice for the days we didn’t visit the park. Box on patio that contained life vests and pool noodles was full of spiders. Pool noodles themselves were suitable for a child but not for an adult. Would not rent this property again.

Very clean and as advertised!

The VRBO was just as advertised. Clean and offered easy access to Disneyland. The walk to Disney is challenging, but I would recommend you drive and pay the parking fee of 35 and take the TRAM from the parking area. The VRBO is everything my family of 13 needed to make our Disney vacation "just as planned."
